The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Amainognieson scores with a nice strike.

It looks like Kazakh Attack has been cut.
Amainognieson looks to score with a jab to the body but Attack is just out of range.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Attack! But no joy.
Amainognieson ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Attack moves away.
Attack throws a counter combo.
Amainognieson works Attack's body with a nice hook.
Donk. Amainognieson catches Attack right on the button with a cross.
Amainognieson lands a nice hook to Attack's body. Attack takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Amainognieson lands a nice shot to the body.
Amainognieson cracks Attack with a perfect right hand that drops him to the mat! Attack is sitting up but I can't see if he's OK from my position. The referee's count has reached 5,6,7 and Attack is still not up. Can he make it? 8,9,10! He's out! Attack could not beat the count!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:43 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch). Nils Amainognieson!
After winning the bout, Nils Amainognieson thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gus throws a jab when Esch was well out of range.
It looked like Esch was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Esch definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Gus fails with an attempt to clinch.
Esch ducks under a wild hook from Gus.
Esch jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Gus tries to close the distance and clinch but Esch swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
A solid body kick from Esch.
Gus takes a jab right on the kisser.

It looks like Alexander Gus has been cut.
Esch keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Esch is looking to counter the offense by Gus and move into the clinch.
Esch throws a series of punches but Gus avoids them all with ease.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Esch has managed to clinch.
Esch is leaning against Gus and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.
Gus looks winded!

Esch creates a bit of space for himself and unleashed what can only be described as a tiger uppercut, straight out of Street Fighter! Gus crashes to the mat! Can he make it back to his feet in time? 3,4,5, yes, he's made it back to his feet. He seems OK so it looks like we're going to continue!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
BAM! Esch delivers a spinning backfist that drops Gus like a ragdoll! This is all oooooveeeer! He was out before he hit the ground!
