Lee closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Sharp to the mat! Sharp manages to get full guard.

Lee drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Sharp manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Lee has Sharp in his guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Lee looking for a triangle here. Sharp is fighting it but it looks tight! Lee pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Sharp is tapping out - this one is all over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marveux tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Slurper defends well and Marveux ends up having to push Slurper into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Slurper swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Slurper comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

A decent looking cross lands there for Slurper.
Marveux darts in looking for a takedown but Slurper gets double underhooks and turns Marveux into the cage.
Marveux shoots in looking for a takedown. Slurper tries to sprawl out of it but Marveux keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Slurper manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Snot Slurper has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Anthony Marveux.
Slurper catches Marveux with a right, a left, a right. It's raining punches and Marveux forgot an umbrella! Another punch and he's down. This one is over!

McCain takes a swing at Jenkins's ribcage but misses.
McCain goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Jenkins takes one on the button.
McCain cracks Jenkins with a right hand to the side of the head.
McCain thuds his right hand into Jenkins's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Jenkins walks forward, straight into a front kick from McCain.
McCain lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
McCain throws a head kick that Jenkins semi-blocks.
McCain ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Jenkins moves away.
Jenkins tries for a takedown but McCain sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

McCain lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
McCain scores with a hook to the body. Jenkins takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
McCain uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Jenkins has time to react.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from McCain. Jenkins shrugs it off though.
