Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Marty Mcfly! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Gurbznik Taylor! The judges for this bout are Colin Fray, Josh West and Ryoma Takatsuka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Mcfly. Taylor scores with a jab to the body. Mcfly walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Mcfly ducks under a wild hook from Taylor. Taylor lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
The fighters circling - Mcfly throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Mcfly swings widly with a right hand
and Taylor counters with a lovely straight right hand! Mcfly swings and misses with a shot to the body and Taylor counters with a left to the body. Taylor lands with a shot to the body. Taylor has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Mcfly is landing a low percentage of strikes. Mcfly tries to clinch but Taylor moves away and Taylor counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. A big left from Taylor misses. Mcfly feinted with a counter takedown. Mcfly looks to clinch and Taylor cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. This has been an exciting period of action! Mcfly swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Taylor is looking for the big counter here. Mcfly scores with a takedown into Taylor's guard. Mcfly slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Mcfly might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mcfly sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Taylor's guard. Taylor blocking the ground and pound attempt from Mcfly. Mcfly thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Taylor's head. Mcfly takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Mcfly has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Mcfly works his way into side control. Mcfly trying to control the action but Taylor is working from the bottom. Mcfly in side control, just content to control the action for now. Mcfly trying to control the position but Taylor is working away.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Mcfly working away. Mcfly misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Mcfly taking a breather here. Mcfly in side control, throwing shots but Taylor defends. Taylor is positioning himself to get back to half guard. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Taylor trying to remain calm as Mcfly controls from the top position. Taylor dodges the ground and pound from Mcfly.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mcfly happy to just control the position for now. Mcfly tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Mcfly has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Mcfly throwing ground and pound but whilst doing so, he forgets to control position and Taylor works his way back to half guard. Good composure under pressure. Mcfly passes the guard and advances to mount! Taylor wants to hold on but Mcfly pushes him away. Mcfly trying to control but Taylor is having none of it.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Mcfly is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Taylor is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. Taylor wants to hold on but Mcfly pushes him away. Mcfly is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Taylor is surviving well by controlling Mcfly's body position as best he can. Taylor tries to lock up and control but Mcfly gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Mcfly thowing shots but they're missing. Mcfly looking to ground and pound but Taylor is blocking nicely. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Mcfly has hold of an arm here, looking to extend it. He's committed to the armbar attempt here! Will he get it?! Yes! Taylor is forced to tap!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Marty Mcfly! Gurbznik Taylor spoke after the fight, saying 'BomBoKlad , RastKlad and PussyKlad...Bad Luck....Mi na come back stronger then ever....peace'.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Infamous shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Infamous showed some decent athleticism there. Infamous is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Tolentino has hold of Infamous's hands but Infamous slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Tolentino strikes from the bottom but Infamous uses the opportunity to move to side control.
Infamous landing strikes. Infamous lands a few punches from side control. Infamous is trying to get an arm triangle but Tolentino is defending well. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Infamous is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Tolentino is trying to escape and Infamous transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Tolentino is forced to tap! Nice work there by Infamous! Very nice indeed!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Karalis shoots in but Westlund avoids the takedown attempt easily. Karalis takes one on the button. Karalis jabbing away but nothing is landing. Nice straight punches there by Westlund. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Westlund. A big left from Karalis misses. Westlund seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance. A jab from Westlund finds it's way through Karalis's defenses. Westlund punishes Karalis's body with a nice straight punch. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Westlund lands with a nice combination. Karalis backs away looking to recover.
Karalis is rocked! Westlund drops Karalis with a straight right hand, right on the button! Westlund follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:52 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Leo Westlund! An out of breath Leo Westlund thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Carver explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work. Strom fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Carver manages to avoid it. Carver lands a head kick. Strom smiles back at him and beckons him forward. A leg kick checked by Strom. Carver throws a jab when Strom was well out of range. Carver scores with a spinning back kick! The crowd cheers as Strom lands an impressive looking overhand right. Carver doesn't seem phased though. Thud! ouch! good body kick from Carver - that will leave a mark!
Carver delivers a nice body kick. A kick lands to the mid section there for Carver. Carver throws a head kick that misses. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Strom throws a poor cross that misses
and Carver finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body. A chopping leg kick lands by Carver.
That's one minute gone in the round. Carver throws a sloppy head kick and Strom moves out of range easily. A counter left hand to the body from Strom misses its target. Strom moves out of range of the body kick. Strom misses the shot to the body. Thud! ouch! good body kick from Carver - that will leave a mark!

Strom throws out a powerful jab. Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Carver. Strom shrugs it off though. A looping hook to the body misses from Strom. Carver does a little dance to reset his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd cheers as Strom lands an impressive looking overhand right. Carver doesn't seem phased though. Carver misses with a kick to the body and Strom counters with a straight right hand. Carver has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight. A head kick misses from Carver. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Carver with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Carver looks for the body kick but Strom saw that one coming. Strom just misses with a punch to the body.
Carver steps in looking to counter with the mid kick but it doesn't connect. Nice defenses there by Carver. Carver connects with a solid leg kick. That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Strom crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Carver - the referee stops the clock and Strom gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Carver. Strom manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes. Carver lands with a kick to the temple. Strom shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?" Strom seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym. Carver throws a half hearted mid kick.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Carver takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Carver keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Strom. Carver misses with a body kick. Strom throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Strom throws a hook to the side of Carver's head but Carver sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Carver tries a head kick but it misses.
Carver misses with a body kick. Strom throws a shot from downtown. Carver moves away and avoids it. Carver takes one to the chin there. Carver throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Carver throws a body kick that misses.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Strom pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Carver was about to counter that last move with a leg kick but changes his mind. Carver moves out of range of the strikes. Carver follows through with a counter body kick but it doesn't land. Strom lands a nice hook to Carver's body. Carver takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Carver ducks under a wild hook from Strom. Strom takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards. Strom with a hook. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Carver tries a head kick but it misses.
Strom throws a series of punches but Carver moves out of range. Strom tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Carver was well out of range. Poor timing from Strom. Carver misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Strom seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter. Strom avoids a kick to the body.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jack Carver dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Strom misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Carver.
A head kick misses from Carver. Carver misses with a low kick. Strom misses the jab. Strom lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. Carver tries a head kick but it misses.
Carver thuds his shin into the meat of Strom's side. Carver connects with an inside leg kick. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Carver slips a straight right by Strom. Strom connects with the punch. Strom checks the leg kick nicely there.
Carver takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Carver scores with a nice body kick.
A head kick misses from Carver. Strom has Carver up against the cage in a clinch.

Carver crunches a lovely knee into Strom's ribcage. Carver misses with a knee strike.
Strom lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. Strom throws a punch but it's blocked by Carver. Carver tries to land knees in the clinch but Strom avoids the damage to the body. Carver has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Strom is working Carver over against the cage. Strom avoiding damage as Carver throws knees to the body.
A head punch on the inside from Strom fails to land. Carver lands an elbow just above Strom 's eye. Carver's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
That's two minutes gone in the round. This has been an exciting period of action! Nice body punch from Strom. Strom connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head. Strom looks to clinch enabling Carver to counter with a crisp jab. Ouch! a nice leg kick from Carver, right into the meat.

Strom steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Carver. That one must have hurt. Carver takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Strom will be looking to protect his midsection after taking some solid kicks to the body. Strom closes the distance and clinches. Carver's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button! Strom misses with a short punch on the inside. Strom throws a punch but it's blocked by Carver. Still in the clinch, Strom scores with a nice short uppercut. Strom avoids a wild elbow strike from Carver.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Strom is working Carver over against the cage. Strom blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. Carver takes a shot to the head. Strom blocks the elbow strike.
Strom lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Carver backwards. Carver manages to break the clinch.
Carver looks for the body kick but Strom saw that one coming. Strom just misses with a punch to the body.
Strom looks to throw the jab but Carver is out of range. A slapping body kick lands there for Carver. Jack Carver seems to be getting the better of the standup. Strom lands a jab to Carver's midsection. Carver throws a poor cross that misses
and Strom counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Carver misses with a low kick. Strom digs a good hook to Carver's body.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Carver throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Strom tries to clinch but Carver is having none of it. Carver displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Strom throws out the jab. Carver counters with a body kick. Carver throws a push kick but Strom slaps the foot to one side. Strom throwing a counter right hand but Carver manages to avoid it. Carver misses with the body kick and Strom counters with a straight right hand. Strom throws a looping overhand right but Carver ducks down to avoid it. Strom gets in close and instigates a clinch. Carver misses with an elbow over the top. Carver utilising his Muay Thai to score with a knee to the body. Strom scores with an uppercut up the middle. Carver escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Carver scores with the left hand. Strom knows he should have avoided that one. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Julius Strom will probably get the nod. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. And we move into the final round!
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Carver lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Strom has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Strom and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. A little feinted left hand from Strom on the counter but he doesn't commit to it. Strom darts in and clinches Carver up against the cage. Carver manages to break the clinch.

Carver walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Strom checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side. Strom is looking to counter with a shot to the body. A slapping leg kick lands for Carver.
Carver bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. A big right from Strom misses. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Carver lands a nice looking body kick. Strom tries to close the distance and clinch up but Carver swats him away and circles back towards the center. Carver throws a head kick that misses. Carver ducks right into an uppercut from Strom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Carver throws a sloppy head kick and Strom moves out of range easily. Strom scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Carver looks to score with a jab to the body but Strom is just out of range. Strom misses with a two punch combination.
Carver throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. A shot to the body from Carver misses and Strom counters with a left to the body. A head kick misses from Carver. Carver takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Carver is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot. Carver keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Carver tries to land a front kick but Strom steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Strom chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Carver can pounce on him.
Carver ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Strom throws a body punch but Carver moves out of range. Strom with a hook. Carver throws a sloppy head kick enabling Strom to counter with a crisp jab. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Carver tries a head kick but it misses.
Strom scores with a nice head shot. Carver lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt. A head kick by Carver misses and Strom counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Strom feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Carver sprawling to the canvas! Carver rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Strom finish him?!
Carver is rocked! Carver looks to throw a body kick and Strom counters with a massive hook, right on the button! He's out cold! Damn, that was naaaaaasty! Hopefully he'll be OK.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nice shot lands for Prophet. Prophet wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Prophet fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Thorton manages to avoid it. Prophet definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Prophet misses the body punch and Thorton counters with a nice double leg into side control. Prophet won't be happy with that. Thorton working away. Thorton tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Thorton has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Prophet is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Thorton is looking to take a break and control but Prophet is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Thorton creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Prophet sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike. Prophet tries to buck Thorton off but Thorton is having none of it. Thorton postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Prophet stops Thorton from passing to mount. Thorton wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Prophet, who protects the arm well. Prophet is looking for a sweep.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Prophet can't do much from the bottom here. Prophet is working to avoid the ground and pound but Thorton connects with a decent elbow. Thorton working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter. Thorton working the ground and pound. You can see the frustration on Prophet's face as Thorton controls the position. Thorton misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

Thorton darts in looking for a takedown but Prophet gets double underhooks and turns Thorton into the cage. The Prophet has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Micky Thorton. Thorton moves out of range of the body kick from Prophet.

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Thorton is defended easily by Prophet. It looked like Prophet wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. Prophet will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! McGrady tries to bum rush Derks with a series of wild strikes but Derks uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Jab, jab by Derks - just one landing. McGrady throws a series of punches but Derks moves out of range. McGrady lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

and Derks counters with a nice double leg into side control. McGrady won't be happy with that. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. McGrady is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Derks is controlling him well. McGrady prevents Derks from moving into mount. Derks working the body and head with strikes. The referee asks Derks politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Derks prefers to stall for the moment though. McGrady throws an overhand right that lands on Derks's shoulder, as Derks tries to avoid the shot. Derks fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. McGrady drives through with a takedown into Derks's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. McGrady throws a big elbow that misses. My spies in White's ELITE Fitness Gym inform me that McGrady has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends! Derks working a defensive guard here.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Rei Jr feints and then cracks Lennartsson's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Lennartsson down. Jab, jab by Lennartsson - just one landing. Nice defenses there by Rei Jr. Rei Jr looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Lennartsson connects with a good right hand that stumbles Rei Jr. Rei Jr circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Jeez, Budo Rei Jr's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked. Lennartsson thows a left - swing and a miss! Rei Jr pushes Lennartsson away with a front kick. Rei Jr swings and misses with a shot to the body and Lennartsson counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

Reem will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Bajza is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Bajza can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Bajza throws a strike but Reem rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Reem is fighting to break Bajza's control of his arms but Bajza is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Reem gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there! Bajza lands a big elbow. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! No luck for Jawbreak with that takedown attempt. Kitano was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Jawbreak drives through with a takedown into Kitano's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. Jawbreak drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Jawbreak jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Jawbreak drops back, looking for a kneebar! Kitano looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Kitano looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control!
