Macotti shoots in and bounces Shang off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Macotti drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Shang dives on top into guard.
Macotti utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Shang postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
Shang has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Shang got a little sloppy there for a moment and Macotti has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Shang has managed to get both his arms back between Macotti's legs - danger averted.
