The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nice sprawl there from Lee as Korotkov shoots in. Korotkov clinches up with Lee and pushes him back against the cage. The referee is keeping an eye on Lee - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Lee is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Korotkov is defending well for now. Lee misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Korotkov.
Korotkov tries to break free but Lee pushes him back against the cage. Korotkov lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. Lee misses with a punch on the inside.
Korotkov is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Lee to keep the fight standing. Korotkov wants to get back to striking at distance but Lee won't allow it.
Korotkov pulls guard. Korotkov is looking for a triangle but Lee pushes his legs off easily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Korotkov keeping moving, preventing Lee from controlling successfully. Lee got a little sloppy there for a moment and Korotkov has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Lee has managed to get both his arms back between Korotkov's legs - danger averted. Lee is sitting in close to Korotkov's body. Korotkov has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Lee is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Lee is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Korotkov.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Stoic misses with a takedown and Anthriel counters with a straight right hand. Stoic slips under a jab from Anthriel. Stoic fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. A little jabbing left from Anthriel on the counter but it doesn't find it's target. Stoic has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Blackstar Striking Academy in the buildup to the fight. Stoic decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Anthriel is trying to get back to full guard. Anthriel keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Stoic thows a huge punch but Anthriel dodges it nicely.
Anthriel is looking for a sweep. Stoic is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Anthriel is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Stoic trying to control the action but Anthriel is working from the bottom. Stoic throwing shots but Anthriel is blocking nicely. Anthriel avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Stoic. Ground and pound from Stoic. Stoic missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Stoic thows a huge punch but Anthriel dodges it nicely.
Stoic seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. Anthriel is not content to let Stoic control the position.

Anthriel is controlling Stoic's trapped leg to prevent Stoic from advancing to side control. Stoic throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Anthriel avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Stoic. Stoic is nestled in close to Anthriel, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Stoic moves into full mount! Anthriel won't be happy about that! Anthriel is squirming around, avoiding Stoic's attempts to control the action.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Stoic with shots to the head and body - Anthriel looks very uncomfortable down there. Stoic punishing his opponent with strikes. Anthriel takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. Stoic really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Stoic can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Anthriel is looking to escape. Anthriel in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head.
Anthriel is rocked! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Stoic cracks Anthriel with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Anthriel is still in real trouble! Can Stoic finish him? The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. A nice elbow there by Stoic. Oooooh, big shot lands for Stoic! Anthriel is hurt baaadly! Stoic is firing away with more strikes - Anthriel is covering up... the ref is warning him to do something. He's just covering up though still and the ref has to step in to end the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Victor Stoic! A less than humble Victor Stoic misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bitch! dodges the punch combination from Sanchez.
Bitch! lands with a hook. Sanchez tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. A leg kick checked by Sanchez. Sanchez feints the counter takedown. Bitch! is looking to clinch. Sanchez displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Bitch! throws out the jab. Sanchez tries to clinch but Bitch! moves out of range. A leg kick checked by Bitch!. Sanchez throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Bitch!. Sanchez gets tackled into the cage by Bitch!. Bitch! maintains the clinch. Sanchez lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!
Sanchez using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Bitch! has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Sanchez lands a nice elbow from the clinch. Bitch! throws a punch but it's blocked by Sanchez. Sanchez's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Sanchez clinches with his opponent.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Sanchez gets control of Bitch!'s arms and successfully pulls guard. Sanchez will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Sanchez controls Bitch! momentarily but Bitch! frees himself.

Bitch! was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Sanchez ducks right into an uppercut from Bitch!. Bitch! moves in looking to clinch but Sanchez pushes him off. Sanchez is looking for the big counter here. A lazy left from Bitch! finds it's target. Sanchez takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Sanchez throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Sanchez slips a straight right by Bitch!. A chopping leg kick lands by Bitch!. Bitch!'s hands are dropping dangerously low here and Sanchez connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Bitch! scrambles back to his feet. Bitch! throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean. Sanchez scores with a one two! Bitch! had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Bitch! is rocked! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Sanchez misses with a series of wild punches.
Oh Bitch! is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:09 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Kick and Punches). Estefan Sanchez! A very excited looking Estefan Sanchez rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.

and Taylor counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. A swing and a miss from Nelson. It seemed like Taylor was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. Taylor connects with a nice cross there... Nelson is looking wobbly and Taylor recognises it - he's rushed in and lands two more brutal shots that send Nelson to the canvas, out cold! A brutal finish to the fight - Taylor jumps onto the cage to celebrate with the crowd!

A little jabbing left from Brown on the counter but it doesn't find it's target. Bestarsson feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Brown's calf. Brown throws a body punch but Bestarsson moves out of range. Brown lands a high kick!

Bestarsson takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Brown looks to score with a jab to the body but Bestarsson is just out of range. Brown showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Bestarsson.
Brown connects with a body shot. Brown fails with a takedown attempt. Bestarsson fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Brown has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Bestarsson dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Brown. That did some damage! Bestarsson tries to work over Brown's front leg with a kick but Brown checks it. Brown tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away. Bestarsson appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick. A low kick from Bestarsson is predictable there and Brown finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body. Bestarsson lands a body punch. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Brown softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage. Bestarsson using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Brown has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Brown decides to pull guard. Brown can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Bestarsson controls the pace. Bestarsson has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Brown keeping full guard, as Bestarsson tries to pass. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Brown tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Bestarsson is able to avoid easily. Bestarsson doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. A big right from Bestarsson misses. Brown ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Bestarsson moves away. Daniel Brown seems to be getting the better of the standup. Brown lands a head kick. Bestarsson smiles back at him and beckons him forward. Bestarsson throws a shot from downtown. Brown moves away and avoids it. Bestarsson throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Brown lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Brown is rocked! A nice inside leg kick there by Bestarsson. That's going to slow Brown down. Brown is still on wobbly legs! Can Bestarsson finish him? Bestarsson throws a nice head kick!

Bestarsson follows up with more strikes that drop Brown to his knees. Bestarsson keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Brown! This one is all over!
