0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Donatien Alphonse Francois de Sade! The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Matti Vanhoillinen and Ben Zyskovitsi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Yuuu has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from de Sade finds it's way round the side to connect with Yuuu's head.
It looks like Fuk Yuuu has been cut. de Sade takes the fight into the clinch. de Sade keeps control of Yuuu as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Yuuu is trying to break the clinch but de Sade is controlling him. A body shot lands from de Sade.
de Sade is a very stocky fighter. Infact he's such a weird shape that he's almost like some sort of comedy character - it's hard to believe he's real. de Sade displaying some good clinch control by pressing Yuuu up against the cage. de Sade lands a body shot in the clinch.
de Sade lands a nice shot to the body. Yuuu wants to break free but de Sade has control.
de Sade lands a hook that snaps the head of Yuuu backwards. de Sade has Yuuu pressed against the cage, preventing Yuuu from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Yuuu wants to break the clinch but can't.
de Sade lands a nice uppercut. de Sade lands a hook that snaps the head of Yuuu backwards. Yuuu tries to break free but de Sade pushes him back against the cage. Yuuu wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
de Sade lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards. Yuuu is trying to break the clinch but de Sade is controlling him. Yuuu breaks from the clinch.
Yuuu closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Yuuu throws a head kick but de Sade moves out of range.
Yuuu thumps de Sade with a low kick. Fuk Yuuu seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. de Sade thuds his right hand into Yuuu's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. de Sade is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range. Yuuu throws a solid leg kick but de Sade takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Yuuu. Yuuu misses with a leg kick. Yuuu tries a low kick but de Sade avoids it. de Sade lands a jab to the head.
Yuuu wants to land a leg kick but de Sade is out of range.

BOOM! de Sade lands a beautiful left hook that drops Yuuu. Yuuu tries to recover but de Sade is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Yuuu lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Overeem wants to clinch. Frankopan looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this! Overeem is looking to clinch. Overeem avoids a punch combination nicely.
Overeem defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Frankopan. Overeem scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Frankopan is trying to escape the position but Overeem is controlling the position. Overeem decides to take the fight back to the feet. Frankopan walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
It looks like Krsto Frankopan has been cut. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Overeem tries to close the distance and clinch but Frankopan swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Overeem wants to clinch. Overeem doesn't manage to clinch there - Frankopan circles away.
That's one minute gone in the round. Crunch! Overeem slams his shin into Frankopan's torso. Overeem throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Frankopan was covering up waiting for the punch and Overeem finishes the takedown easily into guard. Overeem's corner is telling him to maintain position. Frankopan knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Overeem on the ground. Overeem landing with the ground and pound. Frankopan will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Overeem stands up from guard. Let's bang! This has been an exciting period of action! Overeem lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Overeem throws a leg kick which misses Frankopan's front leg but catches the back leg as Frankopan tries to avoid it. Frankopan gets caught flat footed, as Overeem shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Overeem scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Overeem is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Frankopan is trying to control the position but Overeem postures up. Overeem is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. I looks like Overeem might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Frankopan controls Overeem momentarily but Overeem frees himself. Frankopan keeping moving, preventing Overeem from controlling successfully. Frankopan can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Overeem controls the pace.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Frankopan is trying to keep Overeem in close.
Overeem advances position into side control! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Overeem is looking to take a break and control but Frankopan is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Overeem pushes down on Frankopan's leg and manages to get into half guard. Overeem stands up from half guard. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Overeem has control of Frankopan's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Frankopan regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!
The fight stays on the outside here - Overeem looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Frankopan changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Overeem tries to avoid it but Frankopan manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Overeem to the ground. Overeem escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Frankopan takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

Frankopan is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Overeem is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Overeem stands up from Frankopan's guard - Overeem perhaps looking for a knockout. Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Frankopan tries for a takedown but Overeem circles away easily and Overeem counters with a three punch combo that has Frankopan backing up. Frankopan nods at Overeem to acknowledge the strikes. Frankopan drives through with a takedown into guard. This has been an exciting period of action! Overeem pulls Frankopan in close to prevent any damage. Overeem looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

Overeem is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Frankopan keeping moving, preventing Overeem from controlling successfully. Overeem is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Frankopan is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Overeem sitting in guard here, content to control. Krsto Frankopan has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Overeem trying to control the position from guard on top but Frankopan is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
And that's the end of the fight! Daan Overeem comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Overeem has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tannen tries for a takedown but Soutukorva sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Soutukorva misses with a takedown attempt and Tannen counters with a nice double leg into side control. Soutukorva won't be happy with that. Soutukorva is looking to regain half guard here but Tannen keeps moving and retains side control. Soutukorva has one of Tannen's arms on lockdown, trying to prevent him from doing any damage. Tannen goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Soutukorva has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Tannen but great work by Soutukorva. Soutukorva slows the pace down. Tannen prevents Soutukorva from improving position. Tannen is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Soutukorva wants to control but Tannen is keeping him busy. Tannen tries to improve position but can't. Tannen is working hard here to advance position. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Yliveto uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Virne.
