0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Tiago Franco! The judges for this bout are Topper Green, Winston Howard and Donatello Bradman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Franco has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. Franco lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
It looks like Bob Snapp has been cut. Franco throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Tiago Franco seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Franco will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Franco shoots in looking for a takedown but Snapp manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Franco's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. A combination from Snapp does no damage. Franco fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Snapp avoids it really well and circles away. Bob Snapp has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tiago Franco. Snapp lands a right hook to the body.
Franco lands a nice hook to Snapp's body. Snapp takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Franco fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Snapp avoids it really well and circles away. Franco gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Snapp counters with a stiff right hand. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Snapp misses with the combination.
That's one minute gone in the round. Snapp dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Franco. That did some damage! Nice straight punches there by Snapp. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Snapp. Good leg kick by Snapp there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Snapp has managed to clinch.
Snapp breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Snapp displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Franco. Jab by Snapp. Snapp takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Franco throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Snapp counters with a crisp one two that drops Franco! Snapp thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Franco to his feet! Franco is in big trouble!
Franco is rocked! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Franco looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Franco is still on wobbly legs! Can Snapp finish him? Franco with a poor takedown and Snapp counters with a crisp right that sends Franco to the canvas! Snapp follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Koev slips under a jab. Koev takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Kellog ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Koev moves away. Kellog keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Koev. Kellog takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Kellog throws a big shot that misses. Kellog takes a swing at Koev's ribcage but misses. As Kellog backs off Koev throws a huge counter combo but Kellog manages to avoid it all. Kellog lands a right hook to the body.
Kellog with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Koev to score with a decent uppercut. Kellog steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Koev. A big right from Koev misses. Kellog throws an off balance right hand
and Koev counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Kellog thinking. Nice body punch from Koev. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Koev connects with a body shot. Kellog misses with a right hand enabling Koev to counter with a crisp jab. Koev uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Kellog. Koev connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
It looks like Ken Kellog has been cut. Koev is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
That's one minute gone in the round. Koev uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Kellog.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Koev! But no joy. Koev throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Kellog throws a poor cross that misses
and Koev counters with a right hand to the body. Kellog is breathing heavily. Koev lands with a good body shot. Kellog looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. Koev just misses with a punch to the body.

Koev works Kellog's body with a nice hook. Koev smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. Kellog misses with a hook. Jab, jab by Koev - just one landing. Koev drops Kellog with a beautiful combination! Kellog stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Koev is looking for the KO!
Kellog is rocked! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Koev circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Kellog to the canvas! Kellog doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Koev keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Black throws a combination. Williams tries to block but a couple of punches get through. Black gets a takedown into half guard. Williams is not content to let Black control the position. Williams tries to roll over but Black keeps him under control. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Williams blocking the ground and pound attempt from Black. Black is looking for a kimura but Williams is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Black to get the leverage. Williams tries to get to full guard but Black has control of the leg.
That's one minute gone in the round. Williams is staying active underneath Black, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Williams tries to get to full guard but Black has control of the leg. Black is looking to take a break and control but Williams is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Williams is holding on to half guard well.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Black shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Black should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Black stands up from guard. Let's bang! Black uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Williams. Black throws a sloppy head kick and Williams moves out of range easily. Williams gets caught flat footed, as Black shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Williams has control of Black's left arm, preventing Black from doing any damage. Black advances position into side control! Black stands up and beckons Williams to his feet. Black closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Black wants to control but Williams is keeping him busy. Williams wants to improve his position but Black is controlling well.
Black wants to take a breather but Williams is having none of it. Williams is concentrating on defense, preventing Black from advancing position. Black escapes and gets back to his feet. A head kick by Black misses and Williams cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Black shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Williams lands a big uppercut and Black crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Black looks OK. Williams waves Black back to his feet! Black shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Black showed some decent athleticism there. Black looks winded! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Black is working for a kimura but Williams is defending it quite comfortably.
Black stands up and beckons Williams to join him on the feet. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Black looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Williams is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Williams trying to control the position here. Kyle Black has got the better of the ground game so far. Williams wants to sweep but no luck.

Williams looking to hit a scissor sweep but Black is one step ahead there. Black trying to control but Williams is working from the bottom. Williams wants to sweep here but Black controlling him for the moment.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Black postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Williams wants to sweep but no luck. Williams avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Black doesn't manage to clinch there - Williams circles away.
Black throws a hook to the side of Williams's head but Williams sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Williams tests Black's chin there with a solid looking shot. Black fails with a takedown attempt. Black tries to close the distance and clinch but Williams swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
That's three minutes gone in the round. A jab lands there for Williams. Black has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Williams finds it's way round the side to connect with Black's head. Williams drops Black with a naaaaasty hook - Black is in real trouble here! Williams dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jenkins throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Silver's waist but Silver gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Jenkins off to one side. Silver was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Jenkins tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Silver manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Silver will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Silver sets himself, and Jenkins steps forward looking for the clinch! Silver avoids it this time. Jenkins misses with the combination.
Silver leaves Jenkins with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Jenkins moves out of range of the strikes. Jenkins dives in and grabs Silver's left leg, looking for a takedown. Silver pushes down on Jenkins's head and hops out. Aaron Silver has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Billy Jenkins. Silver connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. Silver connects with a jab. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Silver sends Jenkins crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Silver is motioning to the referee to let Jenkins up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Jenkins is rocked! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Silver throws an uppercut from hell that sends Jenkins clean off his feet! He's out cold! Silver stands back and admires his work as he thinks about that KO of the night award that is surely being wrapped up for him back stage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Franco shoots in for a double leg but Knight sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. A slow jab from Knight misses its intended target. Knight rushes Franco and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Knight has Franco pressed against the cage, preventing Franco from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Knight stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.
Knight keeps control of Franco as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Knight taking a breather. Franco wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Knight has eaten all the pies! Nice body punch from Knight. Knight lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage. Franco is breathing heavily. Nice elbow from Knight.
It looks like Yuran Franco has been cut. Knight lands a body shot. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A right handed body shot lands from Knight.
Franco's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button! A short right from Knight. Knight lands a shot to the body. Knight lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Franco backwards. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Franco is rocked! Knight creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Franco with a big uppercut! Franco tries to clinch up but Knight pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Franco to the mat! Franco covers up and Knight unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Platipus defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Finnur. Nice body punch from Platipus. Platipus gets caught flat footed, as Finnur shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Finnur stands and throws Platipus's legs to the side, diving into side control. Platipus tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Finnur wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Finnur is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Platipus's shoulder. That is not cool. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Finnur wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Platipus, who protects the arm well. Platipus is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Finnur asserts his dominance and retains side control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Finnur trying to control the action but Platipus is working from the bottom. Platipus trying his best to control but Finnur has mounted him. Platipus avoids a series of strikes thrown by Finnur.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Platipus tries to get back to half guard but can't. Platipus is squirming around, avoiding Finnur's attempts to control the action. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Finnur looking to control and managing it successfully. Platipus wants to improve position but instead he's given up his back. Finnur controlling from the back. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Finnur punches the canvas rather than the man. I really don't envy Platipus right now.
A lull in the action here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Finnur is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Platipus is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. Platipus is trying to get back to his feet but he's not managed it yet. Finnur throws a big right hand but he misses and hits the mat. Ouch. Finnur is riding his opponent, not letting Platipus buck him off. Platipus can't escape the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Finnur is landing with strikes. Platipus can't take much more of this. Platipus staying busy and making it hard for Finnur to control. Platipus won't enjoy being in this position. Finnur looking for the choke. Oh... he's slipped the arm under the neck - Platipus is tapping - it's over boys! Finnur picks up the submission victory!
