Se wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch. Lacson rushes Se and presses him up against the cage. Se blocks a body shot from Lacson. A head punch blocked on the inside by Se. Lacson is leaning against Se and scores with a nice uppercut to the body. Se escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Se breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Lacson on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. McClain has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. Himura looks winded! Himura shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and McClain counters with a nice right hand that sends Himura toppling to the canvas! Himura scrambles and gets back to his feet - can McClain finish him?!
Himura is rocked! McClain wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Himura is still on wobbly legs! Can McClain finish him? We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! McClain digs a good body shot into Himura's ribs. McClain drives through and clinches with Himura against the cage.

Chester takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Chester is rocked! Chidike lands hard precision jab right on the jaw that stiffens Chester up and sends him tumbling to the mat! The ref grabs Chidike from behind before he can pounce. Some folks in the crowd didn't like that stoppage, but I saw Chester's eyes roll way back in his head, he was done.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rhod fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. A slow jab from Rhod misses its intended target. Wilson checks a low kick from Rhod. Rhod ducks right into an uppercut from Wilson. Rhod ducks under a wild hook from Wilson. Rhod tries to counter by closing the distance. Rhod ducks under a wild hook from Wilson. Solomon Wilson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Wilson shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Wilson was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Wilson throws a strike aimed at the side of Rhod's head but Rhod avoids it well. Wilson with the ground and pound but Rhod regains half guard under the barage of strikes. Rhod controlling the position for now. Wilson misses with a head shot.
