Both fighters step back and shake their arms out. Aoki engages and cracks Tupper with a massive lead left hook - Tupper tumbles to the floor, out cold! What a shot! Aoki is delighted - all that hard work in training paid off!

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Potter crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Hawk - the referee stops the clock and Potter gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Hawk. Potter manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Hawk misses with an uppercut. Potter saw that one coming.
Potter tries to close the distance and clinch up but Hawk swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Hawk was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Potter tests Hawk's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Hawk throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.

Potter moves forwards but Hawk connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Potter shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Hawk manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Potter working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.
Hawk is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Potter takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Morrowind bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Vieira's head backwards.
