3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Bubba Johnson! The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, Joseph Jones and Dean Styles.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Johnson decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Johnson thows a huge punch but Saatana Jr dodges it nicely.
Johnson seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Johnson has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Johnson not landing any meaningful shots this time. Johnson is nestled in close to Saatana Jr, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Monk manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. St Pierre works over Monk with some ground and pound from guard. Johnsson has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Johnsson avoids a low kick by using good footwork. Johnsson slips under a jab. Johnsson throws a nice looking combination but Harris bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Harris misses with a straight left. Johnsson keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Harris takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Harris throws the left hand but Johnsson avoids the punch easily. Harris takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Good standup being displayed there by Harris as he connects with a hook. Harris clinches. Good body shot from Johnsson.

and Johnsson counters with a head kick that drops Harris to the mat! Harris scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!
Harris is rocked! Harris tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Oh Harris is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! A slapping leg kick lands for Johnsson.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Harris on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Johnsson fakes the body blow, causing Harris to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Harris goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lynn throws a low kick but Rokka moves out of range easily. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Rokka, as that shot connected.
Rokka shoots in but Lynn avoids the takedown attempt easily. Lynn takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Decent striking displayed by Rokka there. Rokka cracks Lynn with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. Rokka lands a front kick. Rokka avoids a punch combination nicely.
Rokka shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Rokka showed some decent athleticism there. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Rokka throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Lynn tries to roll over but Rokka keeps him under control. Lynn is still trying to improve position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lynn is staying active underneath Rokka, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Rokka landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Rokka is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Rokka is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Lynn is just riding it out for now. Rokka eventually gives up the hold. Rokka seems to be looking for submissions.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Rokka is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Lynn is just riding it out for now. Rokka eventually gives up the hold. Rokka is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Lynn defends it well. Lynn is holding on to half guard well. Lynn regains full guard. Nicely done.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Rokka wants to control from the top but Lynn keeps moving. Rokka engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Rokka seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Lynn for as long as he can get away with. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Rokka stands up and waves to Lynn to follow him. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Nice shot by Rokka. Rokka drops Lynn with a nice combination! Rokka dives into Lynn's guard, looking to finish!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Obama tries to score a power double leg takedown but Sennin sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Obama somewhat. Sennin lands with a shot to the body. Obama takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Sennin takes one to the side of the head.

Sennin displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Obama. Good shot there by Obama. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Obama moves in looking to clinch but Sennin pushes him off. Sennin tries to score with a low kick but Obama moves his leg out of the way. Sennin scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Sennin tries to land a leg kick but Obama saw it coming and moves away.
Obama tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away. A punch combination from Obama misses. Obama takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. Kame Sennin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
