1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Richard Nixon! The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Winston Howard and Summer Carpenter.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The fight moves into the clinch position. Nixon lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.
It looks like Walter Berlin has been cut. Nixon wants to get back to striking at distance but Berlin won't allow it.
Nixon tries to land knees in the clinch but Berlin avoids the damage to the body. Nixon misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Berlin.
Nixon tries to break free but Berlin pushes him back against the cage. Berlin tries to pull guard but Nixon holds him up against the cage and eventually Berlin drops back down to his feet.
Nixon can't break the clinch.
Berlin tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Nixon smiles and moves away.
Berlin shoots in but Nixon avoids the takedown attempt easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Walter Berlin. That's going to take a lot out of him. Berlin closes this distance looking for a takedown but Nixon circles away. A chopping leg kick lands by Nixon. Nixon throws a head kick that misses. Nixon throws a leg kick but Berlin moved away. Nixon throws a head kick but Berlin moves out of range.
A nice leg kick lands there from Nixon. An inside leg kick lands from Nixon.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nixon tried to score with a low kick but Berlin checks it. Nixon throws a chopping leg kick but Berlin manages to avoid taking any serious damage. Horrible takedown by Berlin or perhaps it was just good defense by Nixon which made him look bad. A slapping leg kick lands for Nixon.
Berlin is breathing heavily. Nixon walks into a jab. Good leg kick by Nixon there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
A clash of legs there as Berlin blocks the low kick. Nixon looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Berlin tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Nixon throws a head kick that misses. Nixon fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Berlin. This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Berlin. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery. Nixon lands a head kick!
Berlin walks forward, straight into a front kick from Nixon. A slapping leg kick lands for Nixon.
Both fighters circling slowly here as the pace drops. Hopefully one of them does someth.. OOOHHHH!!!! Nixon throws an absolute beast of a head kick! Berlin is done! He's out cold, twisted and contorted up against the cage! Wow!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Harmonic shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Marduk napping and manages to drive through into side control! Marduk looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Harmonic has hold of Marduk's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Marduk seems comfortable defending it but Harmonic has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Marduk is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Marduk is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Harmonic couldn't care less - he's delighted!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A combination from York does no damage. York lands with a nice combination. Johnson backs away looking to recover. Johnson shoots in but York avoids the takedown attempt easily. York misses with a head kick.

York works over Johnson's head and body with a nice combination. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! York scores a takedown into full mount! York takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Johnson is looking to improve his position but York isn't that keen on the idea. York breaks from Johnson's wrist control and lands an elbow. York looking to control and managing it successfully.

York wants to stand but Johnson has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now. York wants to control but Johnson is keeping him busy. York escapes and gets back to his feet. York scores with a jab. York rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Johnson moves out of range and avoids them all easily. York throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. York connects with a single shot there. Johnson shoots and misses and York counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Johnson is breathing heavily. York swinging wildly here.

Johnson gets caught flat footed, as York shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Johnson throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! York escapes and throws Johnson's legs to the side, diving into side control! York decides to take the fight back to the feet. Johnson shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and York counters with a flying knee. Nice. York lands a lovely overhand right. York misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Johnson with a poor takedown and York counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Johnson tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Johnson on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by York. York obviously looking to wear him down.

Alex Johnson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. York stuns Johnson with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. York tries a head kick but it misses.
Johnson misses with a takedown and York counters with a solid body kick. A head kick misses from York. Johnson misses with a takedown attempt and York counters with a nice double leg into guard. Johnson looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but York puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard. Johnson with the active half guard here but York passes nicely into side control. Johnson is looking for a sweep. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. York wants to control but Johnson is keeping him busy. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Robert York dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
York changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. York takes a swing at Johnson's ribcage but misses. York will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Johnson shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and York counters with a nice double leg into half guard. York not landing any meaningful shots this time. Johnson on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Johnson tries to get out of the position. Johnson regains full guard. Nicely done. York stands up from guard. Let's bang! York thuds a left hand into Johnson's body. Johnson gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and York decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Johnson's guard. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Johnson being controlled here, momentarily. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. York working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.

York is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Johnson rather than just go for the knockout. York scores to the head and body with a nice combination! York shoots in and bounces Johnson off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. York controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. York thows a big elbow that misses. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Johnson bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in York's guard. Robert York has got the better of the ground game so far. Johnson has gone for a leg lock! York slips out almost immediately though and dives into Johnson's guard. Johnson working a defensive guard here.

York seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. Johnson looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.

York connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. A nice leg kick lands there from Johnson. Johnson gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and York counters with a left and a right that stings Johnson. Alex Johnson has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Robert York is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Alex Johnson. That's going to take a lot out of him. York tries to bum rush Johnson with a series of wild strikes but Johnson uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
And that's the end of the fight! Robert York comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well York has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Eisenhorn wants to slow Angel down by chopping away at his legs. Nice sprawl there from Angel as Eisenhorn shoots in. Eisenhorn wants to clinch. Angel drops Eisenhorn with a beautiful combination! Eisenhorn stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Angel is looking for the KO!

Angel throws a sloppy head kick and Eisenhorn moves out of range easily. Criss Angel seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Angel lands a big right hand that sends Eisenhorn crashing to the mat! Angel stays standing though and waves Eisenhorn back to his feet!
Gregor Eisenhorn's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it. I'm just looking down at my notes here and I see that.... oh! Angel has cracked Eisenhorn with a big right, followed by a left! He's out on his feet! Angel lands another huge swinging hook and Eisenhorn tumbles to the canvas! The ref dives in to save Eisenhorn, before Angel can land any more shots!

Hammersmith looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Hammersmith wants to control but Dandley postures up. Dandley tries to land with some ground and pound but misses. Hammersmith is looking for a sweep. Hammersmith struggling a bit here. Dandley should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Hammersmith manages to work his way to half guard, despite Dandley's best efforts. Hammersmith is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Dandley thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Hammersmith gets the takedown into side control. Hammersmith tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Hammersmith has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Dandley tries to control but Hammersmith manages to take his back.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dandley trying to control the hands but Hammersmith won't let him. Dandley fending off the submission attempt from Hammersmith. Dandley breaks Hammersmith's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.

No, Dandley has managed to get both his arms back between Hammersmith's legs - danger averted. Dandley passes Hammersmith's right leg, so he's now in half guard. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Stephens tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Clegane paws at him with a jab and circles away. Clegane shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Stephens as he jumps to the side. Clegane gets caught flat footed, as Stephens shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Stephens trying to control but Clegane is working from the bottom. Stephens sitting in guard here, content to control. Stephens wants to control from the top but Clegane keeps moving. Clegane seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. Clegane keeping moving, preventing Stephens from controlling successfully.
