7 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Siggy Duncan! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Chester Drawers! The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Hugh Johnson and Summer Carpenter.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Duncan changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Drawers throws a nice outside leg kick. Drawers connects with a body shot that sends Duncan's belly button to the back. Duncan darts in and clinches Drawers up against the cage. Drawers slowing the pace effectively. Drawers throws a head punch that misses. Drawers lands a shoulder strike.
Duncan is rocked! Duncan breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Oh Duncan is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Drawers misses with a straight left. Duncan has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. Drawers looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Drawers trying to keep a closed guard but Duncan is proving a slippery customer.
Duncan distracts Drawers with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Drawers has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Duncan can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Drawers manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Duncan manages to get himself to full guard.

Duncan has his foot on Drawers's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Drawers works his way back into a safe position though. Duncan on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Duncan tries to get out of the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Drawers passes Duncan's left leg - he's now in half guard. Drawers has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Drawers wants to take Duncan's back here but Duncan is holding on to an arm, himself looking to escape.
Duncan defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Drawers. Duncan wants to control but Drawers is having none of it. Drawers is working for a guillotine from mount but Duncan frees his head quite easily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Drawers is looking to work his way around to Duncan's back. He needs to be careful though, as he's in danger of losing this dominant position. Drawers controlling from the full mount. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Duncan tries to lock up and control but Drawers gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Duncan is squirming around, avoiding Drawers's attempts to control the action. Drawers with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.

Chester Drawers tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool. In defeat, Siggy Duncan stepped up to the mic, saying 'I knew this was going to be a tough fight. But you gotta fight the best, to be the best. I'll be back. '.

We've been told by Master's head coaches at Tayne's 4d3d3d3 Gym that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Power throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Power throws a hook but Master blocks it. A big right from Power misses. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A looping hook to the body misses from Master. Power does a little dance to reset his feet. Power tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away. Power shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Master as he jumps to the side.

Power misses the jab. Master looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Power with the counter takedown but Master avoids it easily.

Power is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Master. Power misses the shot to the body. Master has managed to clinch.
Power is really struggling to land any decent head shots against his taller opponent. A head punch on the inside from Power fails to land. Master blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Power's coach down at Vegas Campania was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Power's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. Master blocks a punch to the side of the head.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nice body kick there by Mfer. Street Fighter seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Fighter connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. Fighter scores with a nice head shot. Mfer throws a front kick that sends Fighter stumbling back into the cage. Mfer has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Fighter connects with an inside leg kick. Fighter throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.

Some bone on bone action there as Fighter checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one. Fighter throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Fighter has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Boyz II Men in the buildup to the fight. Fighter scores with a shot to the body.
A jab from Fighter does it's job there. Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Fighter lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Mfer has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Mfer and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. Mfer thinks about the counter body kick. Fighter on the wrong end of a nice jab. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Fighter throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Fighter moves out of range of the body kick from Mfer.

That's one minute gone in the round. Fighter throws a hook but Mfer avoids it easily. Fighter fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. Mfer thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Fighter if he has to take too many more of those.

and Fighter counters with a body kick that stops Mfer in his tracks momentarily. Fighter on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
A shot to the liver by Mfer. Beautiful body shot. Mfer does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy. Fighter will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Crunch! Mfer slams his shin into Fighter's torso. Fighter uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Mfer. Nice straight punches there by Fighter. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Fighter. Mfer throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Mfer misses with a body kick. Mfer is looking to land body kicks.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Mfer dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Fighter. That did some damage! Sloppy strikes from Mfer. Those never looked like landing. Fighter throws out a loose jab but Mfer uses good head movement to avoid it. Fighter moves into the clinch successfully.

Mfer thinks about the counter body kick. Fighter thows a left - swing and a miss! Fighter scores with a nice head shot. Mfer throws the kick towards the body but Fighter avoids it. Mfer cracks Fighter with an open hand slap. Mfer checks a leg kick. Fighter closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Mfer did well to prevent Fighter getting side control. Mfer desperately trying to maintain half guard. Mfer is looking to improve his position.

He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Mfer's half guard. Fighter is just content to waste time from the top position. Mfer takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard. Fighter is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Fighter wants to pass the guard but Mfer is keeping the position. Fighter is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Mfer keeping moving, preventing Fighter from controlling successfully. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
And that's the end of the fight! Street Fighter showed his dominance in that final round. Well Fighter has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Picker moves out of range of the strikes. Picker works Johnson's body with a nice hook. Picker stuffs the takedown attempt from Johnson. Johnson gets slowly back to his feet. Johnson takes one to the chin there. Johnson lands a body shot.
Picker throws a looping overhand right but Johnson ducks down to avoid it. Picker lands a two punch combo.
Johnson throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Picker's waist but Picker gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Johnson off to one side. Picker stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Good standup being displayed there by Johnson as he connects with a hook. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Picker throws a shot to the body.
Johnson takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Johnson blocks a jab. Johnson tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away. Johnson connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Picker's hands. Johnson lands with an overhand left. Johnson is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
That's one minute gone in the round. A combination from Picker does no damage. Johnson with the counter takedown but Picker avoids it easily. Picker throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Johnson sees it coming and avoids it easily. Picker walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Johnson has his takedown stuffed and Picker counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Johnson is rocked! Larson Picker has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Curtis Johnson. Picker will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Johnson is still on wobbly legs! Can Picker finish him? Picker lands a jab to Johnson's midsection. Johnson seems to have recovered his senses. Picker looks to land a combination but Johnson avoids it well. Picker has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. Johnson slips under a jab from Picker. Johnson swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Picker circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Johnson to the canvas! Johnson doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Picker keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!

Do Santos tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Bwoy defends well and Do Santos ends up having to push Bwoy into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Bwoy misses with a two punch combination.

This has been an exciting period of action! Bwoy is not content to let Do Santos control the position.
