Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, David Pac Man! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Ayomide Ayigemi! The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Vladimir Khabensky and Dmitry Maklakov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pac Man fails with the takedown and Ayigemi counters with a one-two to the body. Pac Man fails with the takedown. Ayigemi gets the takedown into side control. Pac Man bucks up and manages to escape back to his feet! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Pac Man takes one to the side of the head.
Ayigemi closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Ayigemi lands in his opponent's guard. Pac Man is wriggling around but Ayigemi manages to pass to half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pac Man is trying to control but can't.
Ayigemi lands strikes from half guard. Ayigemi seems to be looking for submissions.
Ayigemi wants to stand but Pac Man has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now. Pac Man wants to control but Ayigemi is keeping busy and won't allow it. Ayigemi trying to pass the guard but Pac Man defending well. Pac Man is trying to get back to full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Pac Man makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Pac Man. Ayigemi postures up.
Ayigemi stopping the sweep attempt from Pac Man. Pac Man wants to stand up but Ayigemi is controlling him. Pac Man wants to sweep but no luck. Ayigemi controlling from the top position. Ayigemi postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ayigemi stays in close to Pac Man's body and controls the position. Let's hope that Ayigemi has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Ayigemi looking to score a takedown here. Pac Man is defending well but Ayigemi drives through and ends up in Pac Man's guard. Ayigemi is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Ayigemi wants to get up but he can't break Pac Man's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Ayigemi not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Ayigemi scoring with some ground and pound. Ayigemi postures up in Pac Man's guard and throws a big left but Pac Man blocks it. Ayigemi sitting in guard here, content to control.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Ayigemi swats away the attempt to clinch by Pac Man. Ayigemi tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Pac Man swivels and escapes. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ayomide Ayigemi dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Pac Man uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Ayigemi.
Pac Man really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Pac Man shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Pac Man was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Ayigemi tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Pac Man wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Ayigemi manages to get back to half guard. Ayigemi throws a strike from the bottom that misses.
Ayigemi is looking to control Pac Man's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Ayigemi avoid being mounted? Ayigemi punching from the bottom.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Pac Man is thwarting Ayigemi's attempts to control the position. Pac Man is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Pac Man throws a big elbow that misses, also allowing Ayigemi to regain full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pac Man throwing strikes but missing. Ayomide Ayigemi has got the better of the ground game so far. Ayigemi is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Pac Man trying to control but Ayigemi is working from the bottom. Pac Man is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Ayigemi is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. The fight moves into the clinch position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Ayigemi lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Pac Man backwards. Pac Man jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Ayigemi walks away with a smile on his face. Pac Man gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Pac Man looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Pac Man slaps away a takedown attempt from Ayigemi, before circling back to the center of the mat. Ayigemi throws a right and a left that Pac Man avoids nicely. Pac Man lands with a thumping leg kick.
Ayigemi tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Pac Man was well out of range. Poor timing from Ayigemi. Pac Man swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. Ayigemi looks to score with a jab to the body but Pac Man is just out of range. A combination from Pac Man does no damage. Ayigemi changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Nice takedown defense from Ayigemi. No joy for Pac Man on that attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for David Pac Man. That's going to take a lot out of him. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Ayigemi lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Pac Man circles away quickly and effectively. Pac Man tries to clinch up and Ayigemi counters with a shoot takedown. Pac Man fights it but they end up in guard. Pac Man throws his legs up looking for a submission but Ayigemi uses it to pass to side control.
Ayigemi in side control, just content to control the action for now. Pac Man is not content to let Ayigemi control the position.

Ayomide Ayigemi showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Pac Man's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Ayigemi clinches up with Pac Man and pushes him back against the cage. With the fighters up against the cage, Pac Man throws an elbow but misses. Ayigemi drags the fight down to the ground.

Ayigemi sitting in guard here, content to control. Pac Man has his hands on Ayigemi's head, controlling the position. Pac Man looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ayigemi sitting in guard, not really doing much. Ayigemi's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Ayigemi is continuing to stall.

That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Pac Man misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Pac Man misses with a low kick.
A head kick by Pac Man misses and Ayigemi counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. David Pac Man has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Pac Man wants to sweep but no luck. Ayigemi would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Pac Man has an active guard here but Ayigemi has managed to pass into half guard.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Ayigemi controlling the action here.
And that's the end of the fight! Ayomide Ayigemi comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Ayigemi has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Orton looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Winkle doesn't succeed with the takedown and Orton counters with a leg kick. Orton clinches up against the cage. Orton can't get the takedown.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Winkle tries to score a body lock takedown but Orton shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Winkle is pressed up against the cage. Orton has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Winkle down to the mat. Winkle avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. James Winkle has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rendy Orton. Winkle shoots and misses and Orton counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
That's one minute gone in the round. Winkle has a takedown stuffed. Orton fakes a jab and scores with a low kick. Orton rushes Winkle and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Orton dictating the pace here, as the fighters clinch against the cage. Orton breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Orton wants to clinch. Winkle appears to be looking for a counter takedown. Orton scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Orton is looking to clinch. As Orton tries to get set, Winkle tries to push him back and clinch up but Orton manages to avoid the attempt. Orton throws a head kick that half lands.

Orton gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Winkle is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Orton gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Winkle throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land. Orton throws a fast counter high kick but Winkle manages to duck under it in time. Winkle fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Orton to the ground. Winkle is now in Orton's guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Orton goes for a double leg but Winkle avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Winkle continues to drive forward. Orton lets loose with a powerful body kick. Winkle will feel that in the morning. Orton scores with a head kick.
Orton clinches. Winkle keeps control of Orton as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Orton gets underhooks to prevent Winkle 's takedown attempt.

He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Winkle accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Winkle got a little sloppy there for a moment and Orton has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Winkle has managed to get both his arms back between Orton's legs - danger averted. Orton wants to control but Winkle passes easily into half guard.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Winkle lands a nice short elbow. Winkle perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Winkle throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Winkle passes to side control. Winkle works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head. Orton is not in a great position here, taking some shots. Winkle landing strikes. Winkle is putting a hurting on Orton here, landing some big shots from side control. Winkle lands an elbow. Winkle working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
Orton is rocked! Orton is breathing heavily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. A big shot lands for Winkle ! That's hurt Orton! Will he recover? Winkle fires away with more strikes and the referee has to step in to stop the fight!
