5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kyrie Irving! The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Sosuke Kotani and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dunn walks into a straight right hand from Irving. Dunn gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Irving counters with a stiff right hand. Dunn closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Dunn lands in his opponent's guard. Irving keeping full guard, as Dunn tries to pass. Dunn postures up in Irving's guard and throws a big left but Irving blocks it. Irving looking for a sweep. Not yet Irving, not yet. Irving looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it. Dunn missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rhod slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. Rhod throws a jab when Berget was well out of range. Berget connects with a body shot that sends Rhod's belly button to the back. Berget lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Rhod blocks a jab. Berget misses with an uppercut. Berget misses with a hook. Berget takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Rhod uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Berget. And an attempted straight right on the counter from Rhod! But no joy. Rhod looks to score with a jab to the body but Berget is just out of range. Rhod throws a right hand that misses

Berget tries to pull guard but Rhod holds him up against the ropes and eventually Berget drops back down to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Evan Berget. That's going to take a lot out of him. Berget tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Rhod smiles and moves away.

Rhod uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Berget. Berget tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in to close the distance. Rhod manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Rhod moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.

Hanzo walks into a stiff left hand from Sanada. Hanzo scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Sanada doesn't seem bothered though. Sanada drops Hanzo with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Hanzo looks back up at him and smiles so Sanada waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

It looks like Momochi Hanzo has been cut. Sanada looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Sanada cracks Hanzo with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the ropes! Hanzo falls to his knees and Sanada doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!

Nurmagomedov looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it. Vilson turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. Nurmagomedov changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Nurmagomedov fails in his attempt to clinch. Nurmagomedov tries for a takedown but Vilson sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Vilson jabbing away but nothing is landing. Vilson has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Nurmagomedov is landing a low percentage of strikes. A decent looking cross lands there for Vilson.
