The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Face lands an overhand right.
Mack throws a good cross that connects.
Face goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Face throws a sloppy head kick and Mack moves out of range easily.
Face swings widly with a right hand
and Mack counters with a one-two to the body.
Mack jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Mack is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Face fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Mack manages to avoid it.
Some bone on bone action there as Mack checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Face swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Face dips to his left and cracks Mack with an uppercut!
A big right from Face misses.
Mack is looking for the big counter here.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Mack works over Face's head and body with a nice combination.

It looks like Shit Face has been cut.
Face misses with a hook. Mack ducked under it nicely.
Mack lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

Face takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Oh Face is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Mack changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Shit Face seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Mack lands a really nice looking cross but Face seems unphased.

Face shoots for a takedown but Mack saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Mack throws an uppercut from hell that sends Face clean off his feet! He's out cold! Mack stands back and admires his work as he thinks about that KO of the night award that is surely being wrapped up for him back stage.

A very excited looking Khalil Mack rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.

Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Krejzi Kure (ranked 1920 p4p, 212 weight class) and Vic Stone (ranked 1921 p4p, 213 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Kure might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to BIG SHUG - who's hard. Stone has chosen George Thorogood - Bad to the Bone as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.
