The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Andenowski cracks Divers with an open hand slap. Andenowski throws a hook but Divers blocks it. Andenowski scores with a hook to the body. Divers takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Andenowski stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Andenowski wants it to stay on the feet. Lary Divers seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Andenowski blocks a head kick by Divers.
Andenowski scores with a jab to the body. Andenowski keeps the fight on the outside. Divers takes one to the chin there. Andenowski with a jab. Divers misses with a double jab
and Andenowski holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. A short body shot lands from Andenowski as the two fighters clinch.
Andenowski lands with a short shot to the head. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Divers is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Andenowski to keep the fight standing.

Andenowski pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Andenowski connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. The fighters circle momentarily. Andenowski darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Divers is rocked! Andenowski walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Divers drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Andenowski swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Divers's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Oonishi has managed to clinch.
Oonishi's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Kohl really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Kohl is looking to score with low kicks. Kohl gets a takedown into half guard. Oonishi avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Kohl. Kohl will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Oonishi is looking to control Kohl's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Oonishi avoid being mounted? Kohl is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Oonishi has managed to free his arm - good work. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kohl prevents Oonishi from improving his position. Oonishi wants to control but Kohl is keeping busy.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kohl content to control rather than advance. Kohl prevents Oonishi from improving his position. Oonishi slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Oonishi can do anything to dispel that myth. Oonishi is pulling down on Kohl's head to control his posture.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Oonishi has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Kohl can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Kohl trying to control the position from guard on top but Oonishi is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Kohl pushes down on Oonishi's leg and manages to get into half guard. Oonishi tries to roll over but Kohl keeps him under control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kohl wants to free his trapped foot but Oonishi is holding on for dear life with his legs. Nice strikes from Kohl there. Oonishi is staying active underneath Kohl, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Oonishi landing strikes from the bottom.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Oonishi closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Oonishi lands in his opponent's guard. Oonishi engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kohl is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Oonishi content to stall in guard here. Kohl is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Oonishi with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Oonishi dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard. Oonishi is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Kohl sees it coming and defends easily. Oonishi looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Oonishi cracks Kohl with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Oonishi lands a couple of good shots and Kohl has given up his back, trying to escape the position!
Kohl is rocked! Oonishi scoring with big shots to the body. Kohl is looking for a way out. A despairing look towards the ref and the official steps in to stop the fight. Kohl was obviously done but didn't want to tap out.

Nagata has clasped his hands together around Builider's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done. Nagata working away. Builider tries to control but end up mounted... ooooh, that's bad. Builider tries to reverse the position but Nagata maintains control. Nagata controlling the pace for now. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Nagata working away from the top, dropping strikes. Nagata controlling the position easily from mount. Nagata looking to control but Builider is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Nagata lands with some strikes.
That's one minute gone in the round. Builider tries to hold on but Nagata pushes him away. Builider is in a horrible position here. Nagata smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

Nagata controlling the position well here. Builider rolled but Nagata kept the hooks locked in and stayed in the dominant position.
Builider tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell! Nagata controlling from the full mount.

Nagata trying to pass the guard but Builider defending well. Nagata working the head and body with strikes. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Builider keeping hold of Nagata's head, controlling as best he can. Nice strikes from Nagata there. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tsukimi Nagata dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Builider blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. Builider pulls guard effortlessly. Nagata trying to control the position from guard on top but Builider is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Nagata wanted to stand there but Builider had control of the position. Nagata tries to free his leg and advance position but Builider is retaining full guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Nagata throws a big elbow that misses. Nagata stands up over Builider, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Nagata stays in close to Builider's body and controls the position.

Builider has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Nagata is working away from the top position though. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Nagata seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Builider does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

That's going to take a lot out of him. Both fighters are breathing heavily. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Builider avoids the head kick by Nagata.

Nagata is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Builider is aware though and is defending well. Builider being controlled here momentarily. Nagata avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Nagata tries to land a sweep but no joy. Builider stops Nagata from standing up.

Builider tries to score a body lock takedown but Nagata shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Bob Builider has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Tsukimi Nagata is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Nagata avoiding damage as Builider throws knees to the body.
And that's the end of the fight! Tsukimi Nagata comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Nagata has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kalasznikov throws out a leg kick but Zahir moves out of range and Kalasznikov only half commits. Kalasznikov takes the fight into the clinch. Kalasznikov prevents Zahir from breaking the clinch. Kalasznikov gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Zahir regains guard.
Zahir wants to get back to his feet but Kalasznikov passes into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Zahir is looking to get full guard. It looks like he might be successful but at the last minute Kalasznikov jumps into side control! Kalasznikov grinds an elbow into Zahir's temple. Kalasznikov taking a breather here.

Kalasznikov has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Kalasznikov looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead. Kalasznikov jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Zahir manages to avoid the submission attempt. Kalasznikov has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.

Kalasznikov fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Zahir sprawls well initially but Kalasznikov persists and gets the takedown into half guard. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Kalasznikov trying to control the pace. Kalasznikov works his foot free and advances to mount. Zahir looks winded! Kalasznikov postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Zahir looks a forlorn figure.
Kalasznikov lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kalasznikov postures up and throws a massive shot that knocks Zahir out cold! Two more strikes to his unconscious opponent for good luck and this one is all over! Kalasznikov goes absolutely crazy with his corner! Wow, you can see how much that win means to him!

Juarez with a poor takedown and Gears counters with a nice right hand that sends Juarez toppling to the canvas! Juarez scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Gears finish him?!
Juarez is rocked! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Crack! Gears connects with the perfect overhand right and Juarez falls face first to the canvas. Timbeeeeeeeer! Beautiful knockout for Gears!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Finyard clinches up with Alvarez and pushes him back against the cage. Alvarez controlling the action here for a moment.
Finyard jumps into guard, dragging Alvarez to the mat.
Finyard seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. Finyard trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Finyard is looking to stand up but Alvarez isn't so interested in that idea. Alvarez eventually gives up the hold. Alvarez is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Finyard looking to sit in guard and control but Alvarez gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Fiddler is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Hymen goes for a double leg but Fiddler avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Fiddler continues to drive forward. Fiddler lands a nice shot to the body.
Hymen moves away from the strike by Fiddler. Fiddler throws a head kick that Hymen semi-blocks.
