The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Doukas takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Umm throws a shot from downtown. Doukas moves away and avoids it.
Umm lands with a nice combination. Doukas backs away looking to recover.
Doukas is rocked!
Doukas throws a body kick that misses
and Umm counters with a straight right that drops Doukas on his ass! Doukas jumps back to his feet. He seems OK to continue so we'll get back to the action.
Oh Doukas is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Umm throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Doukas.
Doukas walks straight into a solid jab from Umm. Oh, it looks like it's stumbled him! Umm follows up with a big combo - a right followed by a left that knocks Doukas out cold! Doukas toppled like a tree, face planting on the canvas. Wow, that was brutal!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:21 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Rect Umm! Rect Umm retains his light heavyweight title!
An out of breath Rect Umm thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
