Julyfeather is trying to get back to full guard. Gregory is working for a kimura but Julyfeather is defending it quite comfortably.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Gregory content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. Gregory wants to take a breather but Julyfeather is having none of it. The fighters are battling for position here. Julyfeather manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Gregory pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Julyfeather is keeping the position for now. Julyfeather has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Gregory should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Julyfeather has tightened it up now! Gregory should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:56 of round 3, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Nashville Julyfeather!
