The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Snitch looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Cup wants to get back to his feet.
Cup wants to improve his position but Snitch is controlling well.
Snitch controlling the action here.
Cup tries to kick Snitch off in order to stand up. Snitch Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Cup prevents Snitch from moving into mount.

Cup is pushing Snitch's head away, looking to escape. Snitch manages to hold on to the position though.
Snitch scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Cup to see if he's OK.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Cup misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Snitch looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.

Snitch has taken the fight to the clinch.
Snitch has Cup pushed against the cage.

Snitch has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Cup regains guard immediately.

Snitch content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Cup has locked up a guillotine! Cup's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Snitch is holding on here and Cup must be using up a lot of energy. Snitch has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Cup gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!

Blue Cup seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
Jon Snitch was interviewed post fight and said 'This loss will make me better, I will be back.'.

PO uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Cleary.
Cleary tries to clinch there but PO circles away.
Cleary connects with a good right hand that stumbles PO. PO circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

Cleary gets in close and instigates a clinch.
PO tries a body shot but Cleary blocks it.
PO is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
PO misses with some punches.
Cleary swings wildly with an uppercut but PO uses good head movement to avoid it.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to IL PO.
