The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ethan closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. Ethan tries to clinch but Jobs moves out of range. Steve Jobs seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Jobs fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Ethan on the side of the head. Jobs misses with a two punch combination.
Ethan takes the fight into the clinch. Jobs lands a body punch in the clinch. Ethan lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Jobs backwards. Jobs lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Ethan or not. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Ethan. Ethan stalling.

And Thatcher tries to counter it with a takedown but Feiter pushes his down on his head and steps out. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Feiter. Feiter shoots in looking for a takedown but Thatcher manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Feiter's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Thatcher controls from within his opponent's guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Thatcher content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Thatcher trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Thatcher postures up in Feiter's guard and throws a big left but Feiter blocks it. Thatcher slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

That's going to take a lot out of him. Feiter has his takedown stuffed and Thatcher counters with a nice double leg into side control. Feiter won't be happy with that. We've been hearing good reports from Feiter's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today. The referee tells the fighters to keep busy. Thatcher working the head with strikes. Thatcher is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Jeff Diaz! The judges for this bout are Paul Gruel, Chris Saunders and Micheangelo Fripello.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Diaz fails with the takedown and Bear counters with a lovely straight right hand! Diaz takes the fight into the clinch. Bear has had enough of the clinch but Diaz keeps him there for the moment. Bear is trying to push Diaz away but Diaz has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. Diaz gets control of Bear's arms and successfully pulls guard. Diaz will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Bear avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Bear won't allow Diaz to sweep him here. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Diaz wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. Bear would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

Bear is looking to defend but Diaz has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Bear! Diaz pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Bear taps out and this one is all over!
