Roberts shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Cannon defends it nicely.
Cannon misses with an uppercut. Roberts saw that one coming.
Cannon wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Roberts shoots in but Cannon avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Cannon connects with a body shot.
Cannon paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Cannon moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Cannon fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Roberts manages to avoid it.
Roberts takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Cannon connects with a body shot.

Roberts takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.

Nice combo by Cannon! Oh, that's hurt him - Roberts falls to the canvas and Cannon follows him into side control.

The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Cannon happy to just control the position for now.
Roberts is still in real trouble! Can Cannon finish him?

Cannon tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Cannon has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Roberts seems to have recovered his senses.

Cannon rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Roberts moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Cannon lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.

Cannon throws a combination. Roberts tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Cannon connects with a body shot.
Cannon closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Roberts showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Cannon.
Roberts tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
The crowd cheers as Cannon lands an impressive looking overhand right. Roberts doesn't seem phased though.
A jab lands there for Cannon.
Matthew Cannon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Cannon cracks Roberts on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Roberts falls backwards against the ropes. Cannon follows up with more strikes that drop Roberts to his knees. Cannon keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Roberts! This one is all over!
