 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Watt listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. Minor looks for the body kick but Watt saw that one coming. Watt blocks a leg kick. Watt tries to counter with a clinch but Minor shakes him off and moves away. A slow jab from Minor misses its intended target. A slow jab from Watt misses its intended target. Scott Watt seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Watt works the jab nicely. Minor shoots for a double leg takedown but Watt sprawls well. He's pushed Minor's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Watt keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Stenger lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Mees Metsast seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Metsast looks to score with a jab to the body but Stenger is just out of range. Imbula sees it coming and avoids it easily. Maneno takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Maneno takes a swing at Imbula's ribcage but misses. Imbula moves out of range of the strikes. Imbula swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. Maneno swings for the body but Imbula moves out of range.

A close second round but Chiku Maneno will probably get the nod - 10:9. The cut man is working on Chiku Maneno's cut. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

 Maneno is rocked! Imbula steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Maneno. Imbula throws a quick inside leg kick. Maneno lands a really nice looking cross but Imbula seems unphased.
This has been an exciting period of action! Maneno ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Nice shot lands for Maneno. Imbula looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that.

They are putting on a show! Maneno connects with a body shot that sends Imbula's belly button to the back. Imbula moves forwards but Maneno connects with a nice, crisp jab. Maneno throws a body punch but Imbula moves out of range. Maneno lands a head shot. Maneno lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. Maneno moves out of range as Imbula strikes. Imbula ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. It looked like Imbula was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Maneno. Jab, jab by Imbula - just one landing.

Imbula on the wrong end of a nice jab. BOOM! Maneno lands a beautiful left hook that drops Imbula. Imbula tries to recover but Maneno is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Imbula lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
