The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A big left from Folio misses. Rutherford takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. Rutherford rushes Folio and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Folio on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.

Rutherford looks to land a body kick but Folio moved away. And an attempted straight right on the counter from Folio! But no joy. Rutherford keeps the fight on the outside. Rutherford moves into range and lands a nice body kick.

Rutherford feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Folio sprawling to the canvas! Folio rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Rutherford finish him?!
Folio is rocked! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Rutherford lets loose with a powerful body kick. Folio will feel that in the morning. Folio is still on wobbly legs! Can Rutherford finish him? Rutherford lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. Folio circles to his right, straight into a beautiful hook by Rutherford. Folio falls face first into the canvas - great knockout victory for Rutherford!

Katou is trying to break the clinch but Chu is controlling him. A short uppercut from Chu. Chu lands a right hand. Chu lands an uppercut. Chu has a couple of punches blocked by Katou.
Chu tries a body shot but Katou blocks it.
Chu pushes Katou back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head. Katou takes a shot to the head. Chu swings wildly with an uppercut but Katou uses good head movement to avoid it. Katou is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Chu tries to throw a body punch but Katou avoids it by throwing Chu back against the cage. Chu keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Katou's efforts to push away. Chu lands a body shot. Katou is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.

It looks like Wu Chu has been cut. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Katou moves to clinch but Chu breaks away and Chu counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Katou thinking. Chu is still on wobbly legs! Can Katou finish him? Chu missing with a left hand there. Katou was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Chu seems to have recovered his senses. Chu circles away from the clinch attempt and Chu counters with a nice uppercut.

Chu is looking for the big counter here. Sloppy strikes from Katou. Those never looked like landing. Chu swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. Katou tries to close the distance and clinch but Chu swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Katou lands a left and a right that send Chu crashing to the mat, dazed. Katou thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet! Katou throws a combination that misses and Chu counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Katou moves to clinch but Chu breaks away and Chu counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
It looks like Joe Katou has been cut. A shot to the body from Katou misses and Chu makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Chu lands with a good body shot. Katou is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Chu.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Katou ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Chu moves away. Chu doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter. Katou misses with a hook
letting Chu counter with a right hand. Chu looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Katou drops Chu with a beautiful combination! Chu stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Katou is looking for the KO! A looping hook to the body misses from Katou. Chu does a little dance to reset his feet. Chu unleashes a big counter combination but Katou bobs and weaves and avoids any damage. Chu lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. Katou tries to clinch and Chu counters with a stiff right hand. This has been an exciting period of action! Chu keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Chu swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. Katou tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Chu manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Chu now looks to counter with a shot at the body. Katou throws a combination that misses and Chu counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Katou misses with a double jab.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Katou throws a combination that misses and Chu connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. No joy there for Katou, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

and Chu counters with a series of strikes. Katou will be more careful next time no doubt.

and Katou takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. Katou looks to throw the jab but Chu is out of range. Chu throws a counter combo. Katou falls off balance throwing a combination
and Chu counters with a lovely shot to the body. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Wu Chu will probably get the nod. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

and Chu counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Katou is looking to clinch but Chu is avoiding it.

Katou tries to close the distance and clinch up but Chu swats him away and circles back towards the center. Joe Katou is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Katou tries to move into range but Chu moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. Katou wants to clinch but Chu slips to the side and Chu counters with a crisp right that sends Katou to the canvas! Chu follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!

He's backed up against the cage with nowhere to go as Wilson proceeds to tee off with vicious combinations till Dee collapses and taps out under the pressure!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Azevedo shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Rickston as he avoids it easily. Azevedo sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs. Rickston misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Azevedo drops down looking for a counter takedown but Rickston sprawls and moves away. Azevedo fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Rickston avoids it really well and circles away. Rickston tries to counter with a clinch but Azevedo shakes him off and moves away. Azevedo shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Rickston as he jumps to the side. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Luiz Correia Azevedo. That's going to take a lot out of him. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Rickston jabbing away but nothing is landing. Azevedo misses with a takedown letting Rickston counter with a right hand.

Azevedo fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Rickston sprawls well initially but Azevedo persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Azevedo is trying to control. Rickston wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Azevedo works his way into side control. Azevedo tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Azevedo has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Azevedo is working to tighten his grip on Rickston's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Rickston has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Azevedo is really squeezing tight and eventually Rickston passes out! Azevedo breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Manchinha moves out of range as Snow strikes. Snow takes a swing at Manchinha's ribcage but misses. Snow closes the distance and clinches. Snow gets through Manchinha's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Manchinha. Manchinha tries to work over Snow's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Manchinha working aggressively here.
Snow wants the takedown. Manchinha is fighting it off but Snow persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Manchinha's guard against the cage. Manchinha really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Snow. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Manchinha working a defensive guard here.
Snow keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Manchinha's head. Snow might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Snow trying to control but Manchinha is working from the bottom. Manchinha looking to control.
Snow is pushing down on Manchinha's leg trying to pass to half guard. Manchinha is fighting to maintain full guard but Snow has managed to sneak the leg through. Snow landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Snow connects with a nice short shot to Manchinha's temple. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Snow not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
That's one minute gone in the round. Snow missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Snow lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. Snow landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Snow wants to take a breather but Manchinha is having none of it. Snow lands a big elbow - Manchinha is out of it! He's waving his arms around but his eyes are closed and he's not intelligently defending himself - the ref has no choice but to jump in and stop the fight! This one is in the books! A TKO win for Snow!

It looks like Jon Ubereem has been cut. We've been told by Kromog's head coaches at Gizmo's Gym that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Ubereem throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Kromog's waist but Kromog gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Ubereem off to one side. Kromog was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. A jab from Ubereem does it's job there. Kromog on the wrong end of a nice jab. Ubereem misses with a left hand and Kromog counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Kromog needs to keep his hands up - Ubereem had a free shot at his head there. Ubereem lands a head shot. Ubereem swinging wildly here.
Kromog was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ubereem shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Kromog's guard. Kromog keeping full guard, as Ubereem tries to pass. Ubereem is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Kromog is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Kromog has escaped and now he's on top! Ubereem looking to hit a scissor sweep but Kromog is one step ahead there. Kromog pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Ubereem is keeping the position for now. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ubereem is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Ubereem trying to control from half guard but Kromog is working away. Ubereem is trying to work for a kimura but Kromog is defending well.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Ubereem jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Kromog is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Kromog and Ubereem has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Ubereem wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Kromog, who protects the arm well. Ubereem wants to lay and pray for a moment but Kromog keeps working. Ubereem is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Kromog knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Ubereem thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

and Kromog counters with a crisp right hand that drops Ubereem! Kromog lets Ubereem back up to his feet, looking for a finish!

The cut above Jon Ubereem's eye is starting to cause him problems now. Ubereem connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Kromog momentarily.
Ubereem shoots and misses and Kromog counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Ubereem is still on wobbly legs! Can Kromog finish him? Ubereem gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Kromog counters with a crisp right that sends Ubereem to the canvas! Kromog follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!
