The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Davis misses with a wild body shot. A looping hook to the body misses from Davis. Ray does a little dance to reset his feet. Ray lands a nice leg kick that just misses Davis's sensitive parts. Davis shoots in but no luck this time. Davis fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Ray manages to avoid it. Matthew Davis seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Davis closes the distance and clinches up with Ray, looking for a takedown. Davis pushes Ray against the cage but Ray circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Davis throws a hook but Ray blocks it. Ray's corner calls for a 1-2. Ray obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
It looks like Matthew Davis has been cut. Ray showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Davis.
Ray gets a takedown into half guard. Ray passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Davis! Ray is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Davis can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

Davis tries to reverse the position but Ray maintains control. Ray takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Davis takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. Ray is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Davis can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Davis with the active half guard here but Ray passes nicely into side control. Ray has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Davis is breathing heavily. Davis is looking for a sweep. Ray is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Davis will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already. Davis is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Ray off and has taken his back!

Ray working some strikes from top position. Ray is stalling in the full guard. Ray lands a couple of digs. Ray trying to control but Davis is working from the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Davis is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Ray advances position into side control! Ray looks up at the clock and then as Davis takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Ray smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Davis tries to improve position but can't. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Frankie Ray dominated that round. The cut man is working on Matthew Davis's cut. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Ray smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. Davis shoots and misses and Ray counters with a left to the body. Ray doesn't manage to clinch there - Davis circles away.

Ray cracks Davis with an uppercut from hell and Davis crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of Ray's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!
Davis is rocked! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Ray with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Oh Davis is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Ray looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Davis seems to have got his legs back now. Davis looking for a sweep. Not yet Davis, not yet. Davis being controlled here, momentarily. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Davis can't keep his opponent in guard - Ray advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Ray frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Ray fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Ray takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Ray putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Davis tries to reverse the position but Ray maintains control. Ray raining down shots from the mount! A nice elbow there by Ray.

Frankie Ray has got the better of the ground game so far. Ray sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Ray putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound! Ray postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Davis looks a forlorn figure.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Ray lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning. A nice elbow there by Ray. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Davis is in a horrible position here. Ray smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Ray lands with some strikes. Ray postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Davis badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Ray around the waist but Ray pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Ray is the winner by TKO! Ray jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"

Toretto looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Toretto wants to get back to his feet. Pantera wants to lay and pray for a moment but Toretto keeps working. Pantera has hold of Toretto's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Toretto seems comfortable defending it but Pantera has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Toretto is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Toretto is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Pantera couldn't care less - he's delighted!

Pawter missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Robert Pawter has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! McCready wants to stand but Pawter is controlling the position. Pawter sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed McCready's guard.
And that's the end of the fight! Robert Pawter comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think McCready has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in jones 's half guard. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Moonbow is in a world of trouble here. He's outmatched on the ground here and he'd better get jones off his back sharpish unless he wants to be submitted. Moonbow is staying cool under pressure, defending well against the rear naked choke attempt from his opponent.
