Ando kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Eye Of The Tiger. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A punch lands to the side of Colnago 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Mclure tries to clinch but Colnago is having none of it.
We've been told by Colnago's head coaches at Soul Supremacy Rio that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Cesar Colnago seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Mclure throws a body shot but no joy.

Mclure takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Colnago scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Mclure doesn't seem bothered though.

Colnago misses with a hook. Mclure ducked under it nicely.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Mclure! But no joy.
Mclure has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Colnago looks to land a left hand but Mclure moved out of range nicely.

Colnago sends Mclure crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Colnago is motioning to the referee to let Mclure up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Mclure is aggressively charging in as Colnago backs up avoiding any damage. Colnago tosses out a jab and Mclure runs right into it face first! Mclure is out cold! Colnago dropped down on all fours and is barking in Mclure's face like a pit bull in celebration until the ref was finally able to pull him away!
