Coming up we have a lightweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Claudio Gadelha (ranked 2182 p4p, 106 weight class) and Annoying Kids (ranked 6828 p4p, 0 weight class). This should be fireworks!
This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the lightweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of Rio de Janeiro, with a TWGC record of 5 wins and 2 losses; Claudio Gadelha! And in the blue corner, fighting out of Las Vegas, with a TWGC record of 1 wins and 0 losses; Annoying Kids! The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Robert Twigg and Frank Dennis.
The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way. Kids shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Kids showed some decent athleticism there. Score +2 for takedown into guard / half guard: Gadelha (0) vs (2) Kids Gadelha is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Gadelha is doing well to control the position and prevent Kids from advancing to side control. Kids wants to pass to mount but Gadelha is defending the position. Gadelha is looking to regain full guard. He's left an arm up in the air though and Kids has latched onto it... Big trouble! Kids pivots for an armbar - it's in tight and it Gadelha is tapping in no time flat! Great counter grappling there from Kids!

Jones has chosen Forgiveness as his entrance music. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Score +2 for takedown into guard / half guard: Puno (2) vs (0) Jones Puno not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Puno's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. Jones throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Jones keeping full guard, as Puno tries to pass. Puno slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jones had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Puno defends it easily. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Puno avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Puno continues to stall. Puno has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Jones won't allow Puno to pass to mount. Puno looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Puno looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Puno is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. Puno passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Jones! Score +3 for passing guard: Puno (5) vs (0) Jones Puno will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Puno controlling the position easily from mount.

That's nine minutes gone in the round. Jones is trying desperately to improve position. Jones regains half guard. Puno content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. Puno wants to free his trapped foot but Jones is holding on for dear life with his legs.
