The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Clegane throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

And Clegane responds with a good body kick, but Fisherman manages to step out the way in time. Fisherman on the wrong end of a nice low kick. Guillard has tried to improve his agility in the runup to this fight. Guillard shoots in and gets a takedown into Chino's guard. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Chino wants to hit a switch here but Guillard passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Chino there! Guillard has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Chino's face.

Guillard is in the full mount, landing strikes. Chino tries to hold on but Guillard pushes him away. The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Guillard cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Chino gets back to half guard. Guillard seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.

He must have been working on that in the gym. Ohanian misses with a body kick. Ohanian takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.

A big left from Ohanian misses. Sloppy strikes from Ohanian. Those never looked like landing. Po lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jones clinches up with Thomas and pushes him back against the cage. Jones is defending well against a takedown attempt. Thomas prevents a body shot from Jones. Jones tries to work over Thomas's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Thomas blocks an uppercut.
Jones has Thomas pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Thomas manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Thomas has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Jones tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Thomas's elbow. Thomas can't break the clinch.
