The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Ashley drives through and clinches with Fournier against the cage.
Ashley changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Fournier fights it off and pushes away nicely.

The fight moves into the clinch position.

Ashley has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Fournier is trying to keep an underhook but Ashley manages to get the takedown into half guard.
Ashley thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Fournier's head.
Fournier is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Ashley scores with a couple of nice shots.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Ashley connects with a nice short shot to Fournier's temple.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Soul avoids the body shot from Dunn.

Soul gets a clinch.
A shot in the inside from Dunn.
Dunn jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Soul walks away with a smile on his face. Dunn gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Soul has Dunn up against the cage in a clinch.

Soul pulls guard effortlessly.
Soul tries to strike from the bottom.
Soul trying to control the position here.
Soul has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
Soul might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Dunn is looking to work some ground and pound but Soul has wrist control.
Dunn trying to control the position from guard on top but Soul is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Soul seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.

Dunn won't allow Soul to get back to his feet.
Dunn has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Soul throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
Soul looking for a sweep. Not yet Soul, not yet.
Dunn throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Soul works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Soul has his hands on Dunn's head, controlling the position.
Dunn looking to sit in guard and control but Soul gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Dunn working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Soul doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Dunn is tightening it up a little... Soul has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Soul reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Soul taps out! Nice BJJ there by Dunn!

Trinalde unleashes a big counter combination but Castle bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.

Horrible takedown attempt by Trinalde or perhaps it was just good defense by Castle, which made it look bad.
Castle is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Trinalde.
Castle bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.

Trinalde feints and as Castle raises his hands in defense, Trinalde changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Castle wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and Trinalde is now in half guard.

Trinalde is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Castle wants to control but Trinalde is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Castle is trying to escape back to his feet but Trinalde uses the scramble to pass into side control.

Trinalde decides to stand back up. Trinalde steps back and let's Castle get back to his feet.
Castle tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
George Castle is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Castle! Trinalde is out on his feet! Castle rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Trinalde is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Trinalde is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Uno fails with an attempt to clinch.
Trudo catches Uno with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Uno tries to close the distance and clinch but Trudo swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Trudo fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Trudo closes the distance and pushes Uno back into the cage.
Uno prevents a body shot from Trudo.
Trudo is trying to push Uno away but Uno has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.

Uno decides to pull guard.
Uno throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
Trudo trying to move into half guard but instead Uno has managed to sweep!

Uno stays in close to Trudo's body and controls the position.
Trudo wants to stand and escape but Uno is having none of it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Uno engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
Uno throws a big right hand that misses.
Trudo knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Uno on the ground.
Trudo wants to stand and escape but Uno is having none of it.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Uno throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Trudo's waist but Trudo gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Uno off to one side.

Trudo forces Uno back against the cage and clinches.
Uno jumps guard but Trudo stands there with Uno around his waist. Uno gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Uno tries to throw a body punch but Trudo avoids it by throwing Uno back against the cage.

Uno escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Trudo scores to the head and body with a nice combination!

It looks like No Uno has been cut.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Trudo throws a right and a left that Uno avoids nicely.
Uno wants to counter with a clinch but Trudo pushes him away.
Uno shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Trudo but Trudo pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Micky Trudo has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of No Uno.
Trudo misses with a few strikes there.
Trudo connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Uno scores with a nice body kick.
Uno gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Trudo.

Uno is rocked!
Micky Trudo is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Uno drops his hands for a split second and Trudo immediately capitalizes on the opportunity by smashing a powerful hook into Uno face, sending his mouthguard sailing through the air, much to the delight of the crowd. Trudo follows up with a right hand that knocks Uno into next week. He's out cold and this fight is over!
