Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Da Wrestler Killa (ranked 5289 p4p, 559 weight class) and Ryan Del Oeste (ranked 5044 p4p, 538 weight class). Del Oeste has chosen Coming Home as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Ryan Del Oeste told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Killa explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Killa turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Del Oeste tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Killa manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Killa shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Del Oeste eats them both and turns towards Killa to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Del Oeste shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Killa on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Killa circles away from the clinch attempt.
Del Oeste lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Del Oeste has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

Caitlyn Jenner's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

Sol Kwon decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
