The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Nice takedown defense from Silva. No joy for Dook on that attempt.
Dook fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Silva avoids it really well and circles away.
Dook throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Silva's waist but Silva gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Dook off to one side.
Silva tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.

Vader could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Vader throws a nice looking combination but DooK bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

DooK forces Vader back against the cage and clinches.
Vader lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Vader looking to slow down the pace here.
Vader wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but DooK has him pressed against the cage.

DooK turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!
Vader gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.

That was a close round but I would say that Anikan Vader will probably get the nod.

DooK's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Vader cracks DooK with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Vader lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of DooK backwards.

DooK drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Vader dodges an elbow strike from DooK.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close second round but I would say that Anikan Vader will probably get the nod.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!
