That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Bob Madden.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sitsongrit lands the left hand.
Sitsongrit keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Sitsongrit is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Williams.
Sitsongrit connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
The fight stays on the outside here - Williams looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Williams fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Sitsongrit to the ground. Williams is now in Sitsongrit's guard.
Sitsongrit can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Williams controls the pace.
Williams trying to control but Sitsongrit is working from the bottom.
Sitsongrit definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Williams won't allow Sitsongrit to get back to his feet.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Williams engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.

Williams thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Williams trying to control the position from guard on top but Sitsongrit is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Both fighters have adopted an aggressive gameplan on the ground!

Williams won't allow Sitsongrit to get back to his feet.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
Sitsongrit takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Williams fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Sitsongrit comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Sitsongrit swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Williams.
Williams moves out of range of the leg kick from Sitsongrit.
Sitsongrit looks to throw the jab but Williams is out of range.
Williams is looking to clinch but Sitsongrit is avoiding it.
Nice sprawl there from Sitsongrit as Williams shoots in.
A decent looking cross lands there for Sitsongrit.

Williams is rocked!
An inside leg kick lands from Sitsongrit.
Sitsongrit punishes Williams's body with a nice straight punch.
Sitsongrit keeps the fight on the outside.
Williams throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Sitsongrit's waist but Sitsongrit gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Williams off to one side.
It looked like Sitsongrit wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Petchuangtong Sitsongrit has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Pat Williams.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Williams tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Sitsongrit fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Williams.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!

Sitsongrit tries to score with a low kick but Williams moves his leg out of the way.

Sitsongrit cracks Williams with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Sitsongrit has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Williams to stand back up!
Williams is still on wobbly legs! Can Sitsongrit finish him?
Sitsongrit lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Williams at a distance.
Williams bobbing and weaving nicely... He's ducked under a jab and ducks again but ooooooh! Sitsongrit comes at him with an uppercut from hell! Williams falls to the canvas, unconscious! This one is all over! Oh man, looking at the replay that was right on the button! Williams was out before he hit the floor!

Petchuangtong Sitsongrit decided to call for a title shot in his post fight interview, which was very strange given the fact this fight was for a title and he's already the champion. I guess that's what getting punched in the head does for you.
