Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Fatty McFatterson (ranked 6838 p4p, 585 weight class) and Stand Only (ranked 5445 p4p, 517 weight class). Only has chosen Kimi Ga Yo as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

It looks like Stand Only has been cut.
Only is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Only misses with a series of wild punches.

It looked like McFatterson was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Only fails to land with a series of punches.
McFatterson lands a nice looking kick to the body. Only takes a step back to recover.
McFatterson throws a quick inside leg kick.
Only chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before McFatterson can pounce on him.
McFatterson fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Only crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from McFatterson - the referee stops the clock and Only gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says McFatterson. Only manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

McFatterson throws a left jab followed by a right to the body, Oh Only colapses and takes a barrage of punches from McFatterson as he moves to mount! the ref stops the fight and Only is left battered and dazed whilst McFatterson and his camp cheer!

Rowlands tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Rowlands has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close second round but I would say that Min Halloway will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.


Rowlands with a lazy takedown attempt
and Halloway connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Halloway throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Rowlands is trying hard to land a takedown here. Halloway sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Halloway tests Rowlands's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Halloway, as that shot connected.
Rowlands fails with an attempt to clinch.
Rowlands throws a head kick that misses.
Rowlands tries to clinch but Halloway is having none of it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

and Halloway makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Rowlands takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Halloway lands a hook that stumbles Rowlands back into the cage. Halloway follows up with a straight and another hook that land right on the button, dropping Rowlands to the canvas! Halloway pounces and lands several unanswered shots - Rowlands has had enough and taps out! This one is all over!
