It looks like John Cena has been cut.
Dream slowing the pace effectively.

Cena ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Cena no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Cena is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Cena is looking to stand up but Dream isn't so interested in that idea.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Dream has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Cena to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Dream is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Cena pulls down on the head and he's put Dream to sleep! This one is all over!

and Hammar counters with a nice right hand that sends Krakow toppling to the canvas! Krakow scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Hammar finish him?!

Hammar fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Krakow looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Hammar is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Krakow with a body shot.

A little jabbing left from Skrarski on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Housasi throws a right hand that Skrarski ducks under and follows up with a left that Skrarski also avoids with ease.
Skrarski fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Housasi goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Skrarski takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.

It looks like Gabriel Skrarski has been cut.

Skrarski throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Housasi was covering up waiting for the punch and Skrarski finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Skrarski content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Housasi wants to get back to his feet but Skrarski is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Skrarski seems to have locked his on tight now - Housasi screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Skrarski, as he picks up the win!

Mendes tries to keep at a distance but Franco has taken the fight into the clinch.

Mendes drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Franco gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Franco really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Franco creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Mendes's defenses.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Franco.

Mendes has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Franco regains guard immediately.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

We've been hearing good reports from Huhrera 's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

That was a close round but I would say that Julio Valeron Huhrera will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Huhrera postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Ali looks a forlorn figure.

Huhrera is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Ali to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Ali shrugs it off.
