The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnston thows a left - swing and a miss!
Wolff takes a shot right to the bread basket.
The fighters circling - Johnston throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Johnston avoids a kick to the body.
Wolff just misses with a punch to the body.
Wolff throws a body kick that misses.
A cross from Wolff lands.

It looks like Johnny Johnston has been cut.
Wolff throws a leg kick but Johnston sees it coming and checks it nicely.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Johnston tries to close the distance and clinch but Wolff swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Wolff throws a body shot but no joy.
Johnston throws a leg kick
letting Wolff counter with a right hand.
Johnston tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in to close the distance. Wolff manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Johnston misses with a body shot.
Wolff swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Johnston throws a leg kick
and Wolff counters with a nice body kick.
Johnston throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Johnston throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Wolff plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
Johnston tries a low kick but Wolff avoids it.
Wolff throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.
Johnston has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Johnston there as he acknowledges the shot.
Wolff throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Johnston sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Wolff moves out of range of the strikes.
Wolff doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.
A punch lands to the side of Wolff 's head but he takes it in his stride.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Johnston tries to clinch but Wolff moves out of range.
Wolff steps in looking to counter with the mid kick but it doesn't connect.
Johnston throws a jab but it's blocked by Wolff.
Wolff throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Johnston looks to throw the jab but Wolff is out of range.
Johnston throws an off balance right hand
and Wolff counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Wolff swings for the body but Johnston moves out of range.
A low kick from Johnston misses
and Wolff counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.
Johnston is breathing heavily.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Wolff.
Johnston has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Wolff.

Wolff feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Johnston sprawling to the canvas! Johnston rolls over backwards and springs off the ropes and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Wolff finish him?!

Johnston is rocked!

Johnny Johnston's cut is getting worse.
Johnston bobbing and weaving nicely... He's ducked under a jab and ducks again but ooooooh! Wolff comes at him with an uppercut from hell! Johnston falls to the canvas, unconscious! This one is all over! Oh man, looking at the replay that was right on the button! Johnston was out before he hit the floor!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Bartholomäus Wolff!

Bartholomäus Wolff was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
