The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bink changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Dahmore looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Bink is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Dahmore knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Bink controlling the position. Dahmore manages to get back to half guard. Dahmore trying to control here.
Bink prevents Dahmore from improving his position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bink not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Dahmore moves into full guard.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Dahmore can do anything to dispel that myth. Bink working the head and body with strikes. Bink lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. Bink working the head and body with strikes. Dahmore has hold of Bink's hands but Bink slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Bink drops an elbow to the side of Dahmore's head. Bink uses his free foot to push down on Dahmore's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Dahmore.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bink unloading with bombs! Bink lands a nice shot to the head. Dahmore is bucking up trying to escape but Bink cracks him with another couple of good strikes. Bink breaks from Dahmore's wrist control and lands an elbow.
Dahmore is rocked! Dahmore is squirming around, avoiding Bink's attempts to control the action. Bink lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Dahmore hang on? Bink raining down shots from the mount! Bink fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Bink cracks Dahmore with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
This has been an exciting period of action! Bink lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning. Dahmore is still in real trouble! Can Bink finish him?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Eagle is looking to chop away at Rio Laksa's legs. Rio Laksa dives in and grabs Eagle's left leg, looking for a takedown. Eagle pushes down on Rio Laksa's head and hops out. Garuda Eagle seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Eagle gets the takedown into side control. Eagle works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head. Eagle fails to land a wild elbow strike.
Rio Laksa gets back to half guard. Eagle seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Rio Laksa does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Rio Laksa on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Rio Laksa looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Eagle thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Rio Laksa really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Eagle wants to free his trapped foot but Rio Laksa is holding on for dear life with his legs. Eagle sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Rio Laksa defending well though.

Eagle lands a couple of elbows. Eagle keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Rio Laksa's head. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Horrible takedown attempt by Rio Laksa or perhaps it was just good defense by Eagle, which made it look bad. Eagle stuffs the takedown attempt from Rio Laksa. Rio Laksa gets slowly back to his feet. Rio Laksa dives in for a single leg takedown but Eagle sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Christian Rio Laksa. That's going to take a lot out of him. Rio Laksa fails with a takedown attempt. Eagle throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Man lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards. Man has Marvin pressed against the cage, preventing Marvin from circling away and getting back to striking at range. The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows. Man makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut. Marvin blocks an uppercut.

Man manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Man is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
