Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Ryan Skelator (ranked 24321 p4p, 319 weight class) and Shintaro Mifune (ranked 8891 p4p, 312 weight class). Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ryan Skelator ! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Shintaro Mifune! The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Stewart Dunkirk and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Skelator gets tackled into the cage by Mifune. Mifune maintains the clinch. A quick uppercut on the inside from Skelator . Skelator blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Mifune turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Mifune manages to end up in side control. Mifune misses with the ground and pound. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Mifune in side control lands a decent elbow. Mifune working the ground and pound. Check out the look on Mifune's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!

Mifune wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Skelator , who protects the arm well. Mifune lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face. Mifune is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Skelator will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already. Skelator really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Mifune is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Skelator knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Mifune has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Mifune lands a heavy elbow. Mifune working away from the top, dropping strikes. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Mifune has control of Skelator 's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Skelator regains control of the situation pretty easily.

He lands one big shot that has Skelator covering up... and two more big strikes land, forcing the referee to step in and put and end to proceedings! This fight is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:52 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Shintaro Mifune! In his post fight interview, Shintaro Mifune started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gallows throws a poor cross that misses
and Dude counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Gallows wants to clinch but Dude slips to the side enabling Dude to counter with a crisp jab. Gallows falls off balance throwing a combination
and Dude counters with a left to the body. Dude seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym. Gallows throws a leg kick and Dude counters with a left to the body. Gallows throws a lazy right hand but Dude sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Gallows lands a really nice looking cross but Dude seems unphased.
Dude misses with a wild body shot. A jab from Dude does it's job there. Gallows misses with a lunging right hand
and Dude counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Gallows throws a poor cross that misses
and Dude cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Gallows is rocked! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Gallows misses with a jab to the body
enabling Dude to counter with a crisp jab. Gallows is still on wobbly legs! Can Dude finish him? Gallows misses the body punch and Dude scores with a counter punch that sends Gallows to the canvas! Dude smells blood - he's punishing Gallows with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Gallows has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Some Dude! Post fight, Some Dude stared into the camera and said 'Fuck yeah!'.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gomez lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Sebastien at a distance.
Sebastien scores with a hook to the body. Gomez takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Gomez misses the shot to the body. Gomez smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. Sebastien throws a series of strikes that have Gomez backpedaling.
Sebastien lands a lovely overhand right. Sebastien darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Gomez lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Sebastien circles away quickly and effectively. Gomez misses with a double jab
and Sebastien counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Sebastien. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Sebastien has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Gomez is trying to keep an underhook but Sebastien manages to get the takedown into half guard. Sebastien lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. Gomez has managed to escape just enough to sneak back to his feet but Sebastien is on him like a limpet, forcing Gomez back against the cage. Sebastien gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground. Gomez pushes Sebastien off and gets back to his feet.
Gomez throws a nice looking combination but Sebastien bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sebastien lands with a hook. Gomez tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Gomez misses with a series of wild punches.
Gomez will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Gomez with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Gomez keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Sebastien will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Ground and pound from Sebastien. Sebastien decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet. Wilfredo Gomez is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Sebastien throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. This has been an exciting period of action! Gomez throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Sebastien counters with a nice double leg into guard. Gomez is looking to stand up but Sebastien isn't so interested in that idea. Sebastien chips away with some ground and pound.

enabling Sebastien to counter with a crisp jab. Gomez lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. Gomez just misses with a punch to the body.
Sebastien drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Sebastien's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Gomez wriggles free and stands up. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Gomez throws a left and a right that both miss

Sebastien tightens his grip and picks Gomez up, before dumping him to the ground. Gomez manages to land in guard. Both fighters have adopted an aggressive gameplan on the ground! Sebastien makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Sebastien won't allow Gomez to get back to his feet. Gomez is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first. Sebastien stands up over Gomez, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Sebastien has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Gomez preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Gomez is looking to stand up but Sebastien isn't so interested in that idea. Sebastien landing some decent shots from guard. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Gomez is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Sebastien presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat. Sebastien wants the takedown. Gomez is fighting it off but Sebastien persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Gomez's guard against the cage. Gomez pushes Sebastien off and gets back to his feet.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Hardis Sebastien will probably get the nod. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Sebastien feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Gomezs jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! Sebastien manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Gomez on his heels. He'll look to pass Gomez's guard now, I'm sure. Sebastien seems to have got his legs back now. Gomez wants to stand but Sebastien is controlling the position. Sebastien with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Sebastien scoring with some ground and pound. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Sebastien postures up and lands a big shot to Gomez's brow. Sebastien cracks Gomez with a solid left hand. Gomez preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Gomez has scooted to the edge of the canvas and used the cage to get back to his feet. Sebastien has stuck on his opponent and is forcing him back against the cage. Gomez drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Sebastien gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Sebastien lands with a hammerfist to the side of Gomez's head. Gomez is looking to stand back up. He's having to work hard to escape but eventually he manages it. and Sebastien counters by clinching up. The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. Sebastien stops a takedown attempt from Gomez.

Nice straight punches there by Sebastien. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Sebastien. Gomez takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Sebastien lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Baratheon has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. A clash of legs there as Lothbrok blocks the low kick. Baratheon will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Baratheon tries to score with a low kick but Lothbrok moves his leg out of the way. Baratheon with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Lothbrok to score with a decent uppercut. Baratheon looks winded! Baratheon takes a body punch but keeps moving. The fight moves into the clinch position. Lothbrok lands with a short shot to the head. Lothbrok lands a body punch. I was talking to Lothbrok's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight. Lothbrok stalling against the cage.
Lothbrok presses Baratheon against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot. Lothbrok lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. Lothbrok's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Lothbrok circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Baratheon to the canvas! Baratheon doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Lothbrok keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Bear working his ground and pound in the gym. So far it seems to be working well. The Great is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Bear dives into side control.
Bear in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows. The Great looks to move to half guard but instead Bear has passed into mount! Damn! Bear looking for a guillotine from mount but The Great is having none of it. The Great on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if The Great tries to get out of the position. The Great wants to hold on but Bear pushes him away. Bear controlling from the full mount. Let's hope that Bear has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Bear avoids the attempt from The Great to control.

Stalin creates some distance for himself and unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Mane's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Mane drops to his knees and Stalin pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
