The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lagomau uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Jaffa.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Kruger tries to buck Krossi off but Krossi is having none of it. Krossi is looking to take a break and control but Kruger is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Krossi tries to stand but Kruger is controlling his head. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Kruger struggling a bit here. Krossi slows the pace down. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Reich misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Snitch.
Reich looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Reich moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. Snitch throws a jab but it's blocked by Reich. Reich throws a lazy body kick and Snitch counters with a straight right hand. Reich throws an off balance right hand
and Snitch counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Snitch uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook. Snitch with a poor takedown letting Reich counter with a right hand. A jab from Reich misses. Snitch fails with the takedown. Snitch rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Reich counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Snitch moves into range and clinches up with Reich. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Reich swings wildly with an uppercut but Snitch uses good head movement to avoid it. Snitch dictating the pace here, as the fighters clinch against the cage. Both guys are working to get underhooks.

Snitch wants to clinch but Reich slips to the side and Reich makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick. Reich fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Snitch tries to close the distance and clinch but Reich swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Snitch has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Snitch there as he acknowledges the shot. A punch combination from Snitch misses. Snitch misses the jab. Jarred Reich is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. and Reich counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Snitch cracks Reich with a right hand to the side of the head. Snitch throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Reich connects with a solid leg kick. Reich connects with a superb combination that knocks Snitch out cold! The referee charges across the mat and tackles Reich before he can land any more shots to the unconscious Snitch!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:51 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Jarred Reich! A very excited looking Jarred Reich made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction. Jon Snitch was interviewed post fight and said 'This loss will make me better, I will be back.'.

McGuire kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Nothing More - Go To War. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

and McGuire cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. McGuire avoids a lazy jab quite easily. McGuire throws a jab when Mayhem was well out of range. McGuire staying out of range there. McGuire is looking to clinch but Mayhem is avoiding it.
Mayhem just misses with a punch to the body.
McGuire tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Mayhem manages to circle out of the way. McGuire scores with a hook to the body. Mayhem takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
That's four minutes gone in the round. McGuire tries to bum rush Mayhem with a series of wild strikes but Mayhem uses good footwork to avoid the assault. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Nice shot by Mayhem. The fighters circling - Mayhem throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Mayhem throws a lazy right hand but McGuire sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. McGuire throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. McGuire will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Mayhem shoots in and drives through. McGuire sprawls well. Bryer McGuire has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bryan Mayhem. Mayhem bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps McGuire's head backwards. Good leg kick by Mayhem there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
A lazy body kick from McGuire and Mayhem counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Mayhem throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Mayhem throws a lazy uppercut
and McGuire counters with a two punch combo. Mayhem misses with a hook. McGuire ducked under it nicely. Mayhem takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
And that's the end of the fight! Bryan Mayhem comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Mayhem has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
