Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hades Hug (ranked 4161 p4p, 413 weight class) and Benjamin Kueller (ranked 8887 p4p, 634 weight class). Hug kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Animal I Have Become . Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kueller shoots in for a takedown and gets it. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Kueller is looking to take a break and control but Hug is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Hug is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Kueller scores with a couple of nice shots. Hug wants to get back to full guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Well, if Kueller is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Hug is looking to control Kueller's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Hug avoid being mounted? We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Hug avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Kueller.

Kueller seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Hug does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Hug knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Kueller on the ground. Kueller sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Hug defending well though. Hug trying to control but Kueller postures up.
Kueller throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Hug is looking for a sweep. Kueller is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Kueller passes to full mount! Kueller takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kueller jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Hug is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Hug and Kueller has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
Kueller is working Hug over with some ground and pound from side control. Kueller lands a few punches from side control. Kueller postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Hug on the wrong end of some ground and pound. Kueller misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

Hug is not in a great position here, taking some shots. Hug is not content to let Kueller control the position. Kueller is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Hug's shoulder. That is not cool.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kueller cracks Hug with an elbow. That is naaassty. Kueller wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Hug, who protects the arm well. Hug prevents Kueller from improving position. Kueller taking a breather here. Kueller in side control, throwing shots but Hug defends. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Kueller controls the position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Benjamin Kueller dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Kueller closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Hug! Kueller dives in looking to finish! Hug is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Punchy takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Punchy shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Punchy thows a huge punch but Murphy dodges it nicely.
Punchy seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. Punchy slips a nice elbow through Murphy's hands, connecting with Murphy's forehead. Punchy is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Murphy trying to control but Punchy postures up.

Murphy didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Punchy is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Punchy hooks up with any of them at the after show party.

Trent Punchy very nearly forgot to thank FORCEE amongst all the excitement of his win but just as the interview came to a close, he screamed their name. Hopefully he'll get a few nice freebies in the mail as a thank you. Brian Murphy was interviewed post fight and said 'Can I still cut it?'.

Hamidovich Saitiev tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away. Fighter 1 doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Fighter 1 displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Hamidovich Saitiev throws out the jab. Fighter 1 misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Fighter 1 looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Fighter 1 lunges at Hamidovich Saitiev with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Hamidovich Saitiev's hand. Fighter 1 connects with a vicious head kick that knocks Hamidovich Saitiev to the floor! Fighter 1 dives in looking for the finish! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Hamidovich Saitiev tries to get to full guard but Fighter 1 has control of the leg. Hamidovich Saitiev shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Hamidovich Saitiev showed some decent athleticism there. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Hamidovich Saitiev seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Snow slips a straight right by Koch. Snow bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Snow throws a low kick, looking for Koch's leg but Koch calmly moves out of range. Koch walks into a straight right hand from Snow. Koch walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Koch throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Snow looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. Snow throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Koch. Koch misses with a straight right. Snow throws out a counter right but Koch avoids it with no problem. Koch misses with an uppercut. Snow feints a counter leg kick. Koch avoids a kick to the body.
Snow rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Koch moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Koch throws a hook but Snow avoids it easily. Koch misses with a straight right. Snow uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Koch. Snow lands with a kick to the ribs.
Snow throws an off balance right hand
and Koch counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Koch takes a shot to the body in his stride.

That's one minute gone in the round. Koch misses with a left hand enabling Snow to counter with a crisp jab. Koch tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him. The fighters circling - Koch throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Snow looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. Snow cracks Koch with a hook to the temple - Koch is on wobbly legs here! Snow swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Koch falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Snow wins by TKO!

I was talking to Maanpohja's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight. Maanpohja drops down looking for an ankle pick but Donkashane pulls his leg out and moves away.
Maanpohja fails with a takedown attempt. Donkashane tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Maanpohja manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Donkashane tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Maanpohja shoots for a takedown but Donkashane saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Johannes Maanpohja. That's going to take a lot out of him. Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Donkashane!

Danzig Jr. seems to have recovered his senses. Anderson with a nice cross. Anderson sees an opening and throws a straight punch right through Danzig Jr.'s defenses. It connects perfectly with Danzig Jr.'s jaw and knocks him out cold! Wow - that's a contender for knockout of the year - absolutely brutal!
