The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ward misses with an uppercut. Miranda saw that one coming. Randell Miranda seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Miranda keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Ward pivots, looking for a leg kick but Miranda is out of range and Ward settles back down. Miranda wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch. Miranda throws a series of punches but Ward avoids them all with ease. Ward looks like he wants to counter punch here. Ward rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Miranda moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Miranda misses with a double jab.
Ward throws out a powerful jab. Miranda cracks Ward with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Ward bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Miranda blocks a head kick by Ward.
Ward takes a jab right on the kisser.
Ward wants to land a leg kick but Miranda is out of range. Miranda tries to counter by clinching up but Ward breaks away and moves out of range. Miranda takes a shot to the body in his stride.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Miranda blocks a jab. Ward closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Miranda avoids a wild elbow strike from Ward. Ward is trying to maintain a safe position but Miranda gets an underhook and turns Ward into the cage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ward misses with a short punch on the inside. Ward misses with a knee to the head. A head punch blocked on the inside by Miranda. Ward tries to circle away but Miranda has him pinned against the cage. Ward pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Ward throws a right hand that Miranda ducks under and follows up with a left that Miranda also avoids with ease. Ward throws a hook but Miranda blocks it. Randell Miranda is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Miranda takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. Ward is really turning it up, unleashing another crisp combination which drops Miranda like a ton of bricks! The referee dives in to stop the fight, saving Miranda from another fist facial!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Malapitan misses with a wild combination.
Malapitan circles away from the clinch attempt.
Malapitan swings and misses with a shot to the body and Petkov counters with a solid body kick. Petkov thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Malapitan if he has to take too many more of those.
Petkov wants to clinch but Malapitan slips to the side and Malapitan cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Petkov throws a body kick that digs right into the meat. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Petkov tries for a takedown but Malapitan sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Malapitan lands with a nice combination. Petkov backs away looking to recover. Petkov shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Malapitan but Malapitan pushes him off and we're back to square one. Malapitan throws a big counter combination but Petkov scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Malapitan throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Petkov counters with a three punch combo that has Malapitan backing up. Malapitan nods at Petkov to acknowledge the strikes. Petko Petkov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Petkov on the wrong end of a nice jab. Petkov throws a wild body kick that Malapitan sees coming a mile off. Petkov closes the distance and pushes Malapitan back into the cage. Petkov can't get the takedown.
Dmonray Malapitan has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Petko Petkov. Malapitan gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Petkov.
Petkov goes for a takedown in the clinch but Malapitan prevents it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Petkov wants to get back to striking at distance but Malapitan won't allow it.
Malapitan tries to break free but Petkov pushes him back against the cage. Petkov wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Malapitan has him pressed against the cage. Malapitan escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Malapitan takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Malapitan lands a body shot.
Malapitan rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Petkov moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Petkov misses with a kick to the body and Malapitan counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Malapitan connects with a nice looking jab.
Petkov tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Malapitan paws at him with a jab and circles away. Petkov fails with the takedown and Malapitan counters with a crisp one two that drops Petkov! Malapitan thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Petkov to his feet! Petkov is in big trouble!
Petkov is rocked! Petkov looks winded! Malapitan grits his teeth and throws a big right-left combo! Petkov takes both shots clean on the chin and is out cold! Malapitan cracks him once more on his way down, as the crowd goes wild! They enjoyed that one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sight lands with a good body shot. Shank lands a jab to Sight's midsection. Sight takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Shank goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. Shank throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Sight sees it coming and avoids it easily. Sight takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Shank throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Sight keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Shank. Sight takes one on the button. Shank throws out a loose jab but Sight uses good head movement to avoid it. Shank throws a right hand that Sight ducks under and follows up with a left that Sight also avoids with ease. Nice cross by Sight. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Sight takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Shank misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Sight.
Shank has closed the distance and engaged Sight in a clinch.
Sight escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Sight misses with a head kick.
Sight throws a low kick but Shank avoids it. Sight checks a leg kick nicely. Left hook, right uppercut from Shank. Sloppy strikes from Shank. Those never looked like landing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Shank misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Shank uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Sight.
Shank scores with a decent looking hook. Sight misses with a combination
and Shank cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Shank looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Shank throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Shank misses with a wild body shot. Sight doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter. Some wild striking there from Sight.
Sight shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Shank sprawls well. Shank wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Sight gets slowly back to his feet. Some wild striking there from Sight.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Sight throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Sight throws a series of punches but Shank avoids them all with ease. Shank swings and misses with a shot to the body enabling Sight to counter with a crisp jab.

Sight fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Sight blocks a jab. Shank takes a swing at Sight's ribcage but misses. Shank throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Shank closes the distance and clinches. Shank breaks the clinch.
Shank lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. Sloppy strikes from Sight. Those never looked like landing. Sight lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook. This has been an exciting period of action! Sight fails to land with a series of punches.
Sight chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Shank can pounce on him.
Shank is really peppering his opponent's head with punches. Sight takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Shaggy Shank is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Sight misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Sight on the wrong end of a nice jab. Shank gets in close and instigates a clinch. Shank tries a knee to the head but Sight blocks it.

Shank has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. Shank throws a sloppy body shot
and Sight counters with a stiff right hand.
Shank is rocked! Shank throws a left and a right that both miss
and Sight counters with a huge left! Shank is in big trouble! He's backing up but Sight isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Shank from any more damage. A dominating finish by Sight!

and Lotus takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Lotus scores with a crisp jab that stopped Hard in his tracks.
It looks like Mike Hard has been cut. Lotus misses with a hook. Hard ducked under it nicely. Hard blocks a jab. Hard looks to land a combination but Lotus avoids it well. Horrible takedown attempt by Lotus or perhaps it was just good defense by Hard, which made it look bad. Lotus digs a good hook to Hard's body.
Hard looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Lotus has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Hard finds it's way round the side to connect with Lotus's head. Lotus connects with a crisp jab. Lotus looks to score with a jab to the body but Hard is just out of range. This has been an exciting period of action! Lotus takes a body punch but keeps moving. Hard ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Hard tries to keep at a distance but Lotus has taken the fight into the clinch. Hard wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lotus tries to pull guard but Hard holds him up against the cage and eventually Lotus drops back down to his feet.
Lotus is struggling to control the position. Lotus breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Chandler lands a leg kick that knocks Umbutu off balance momentarily. Chandler throws a nice inside leg kick. Chandler looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.

Chandler has closed the distance and engaged Umbutu in a clinch.
Chandler lands a hook that snaps the head of Umbutu backwards. We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Umbutu has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat. Chandler escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Chandler lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Chandler feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Umbutu's calf. Chandler explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work. William Chandler seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Umbutu looks winded! A right-left combo lands from Chandler. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Chandler is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot. A solid leg kick lands there for Chandler.
Chandler feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Umbutu sprawling to the canvas! Umbutu rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Chandler finish him?!
Umbutu is rocked! Umbutu is keeping his hands low and just asking to be knocked out. Chandler Raises his leg and lands a stunning axe kick! Umbutu is out cold, face down on the mat!

Colnago will feel that in the morning. Paulin moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Paulin is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Colnago. Colnago shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. Paulin turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. Paulin connects with the punch. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Paulin moves out of range of the strikes. Paulin is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches. Colnago misses with an uppercut. Colnago tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Paulin jabs Colnago right on the nose. Colnago blinks but takes it well. Colnago has taken the fight to the clinch.

3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Lucifer Evo! The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Cecil Peabody and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bitetti throws a hook to the side of Evo's head but Evo sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. A jab from Evo misses. Evo moves out of range of the strikes. Evo jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Danga de danga de dang - Evo scores with a four punch combination!
It looks like Sanderlei Bitetti has been cut. Bitetti takes a jab right on the kisser.
Bitetti ducks right into an uppercut from Evo. Evo is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range. Evo closes the distance and clinches. Still in the clinch, Evo scores with a nice short uppercut. Bitetti tries to pull guard but Evo holds him up against the cage and eventually Bitetti drops back down to his feet.
A left hand lands to the body for Evo.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Evo lands a hook that snaps the head of Bitetti backwards. Evo lands a hook to the side of the head. Evo misses with a short punch on the inside. A nice right hand lands inside from Evo. A nice left hand lands by Evo.

Bitetti is rocked! Evo swings wildly with an uppercut but Bitetti uses good head movement to avoid it. Oh Bitetti is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Bitetti blocks an uppercut.
That's one minute gone in the round. A head punch on the inside from Evo fails to land. Evo misses with a hook from the clinch. Evo fails to land with a short punch on the inside.

Evo misses with a short punch on the inside. Bitetti seems to have got his legs back now. Bitetti tries to pull guard but Evo forces him back to his feet, against the cage. Evo lands an uppercut. Evo lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage. Bitetti is breathing heavily. Evo pushes off and lands a massive hook that knocks Bitetti out cold! The fight is all over!
