Kawakita shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Nagabushi as he avoids it easily.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Tamura uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Yamato.
Tamura is still on wobbly legs! Can Yamato finish him?
Tamura tries to close the distance and clinch up but Yamato swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Kira Yamato seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Yamato scores with a hook to the body. Tamura takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Yamato ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Tamura moves away.
Tamura seems to have recovered his senses.
Yamato connects with a jab, followed by a picture perfect straight right that sends Tamura to the canvas, out cold! What a finish by Yamato!
