The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dumas feints and as Doe raises his hands in defense, Dumas changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Dumas is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Dumas wants to pass the guard but Doe is keeping the position. Dumas drops back looking for a leg! Doe is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Doe manages to kick Dumas off! Dumas jumps back into Doe's guard. Doe being controlled here, momentarily. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Dumas drops back looking for a leg! Let's hope that Dumas has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. It looks like Dumas might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it. Dumas is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Dumas is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Shaq throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Mpinza tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Shaq is in Mpinza's guard. Shaq distracts Mpinza with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Shaq passes easily into side control. Nice work. Shaq cracks Mpinza with a big right hand but Mpinza just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

Mpinza is rocked! Mpinza takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Oh Mpinza is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Shaq scores with punches from side control. Shaq in side control lands a decent elbow. Shaq has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Shaq is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Mpinza will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already. Mpinza takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.

Shaq is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Mpinza can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Mpinza wants to control but Shaq is having none of it. Shaq lands a big shot there that rocks Mpinza but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Shaq connects with a bit shot that sees Mpinza covering up! More strikes from Shaq and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Shaq is our winner by TKO!

Quick throwing a counter right hand but Anderson manages to avoid it. Quick has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. Quick throws a head kick that misses. Quick takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
It looks like Mike Quick has been cut. A big right from Quick misses. Quick pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Quick cracks Anderson with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Quick has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Anderson to stand back up!

It looks like Carlos Anderson has been cut. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Anderson is starting to get sloppy and is letting his hands down. Quick just took advantage and landed a stinging jab. Oh! Now a right hook, right on the button! Anderson has gone limp and this one is over!

A short left from Trump. With the fighters clinched against the cage, Trump creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. Trump lands with a left to the head. Trump swings wildly with an uppercut but Fliegknecht uses good head movement to avoid it. Trump tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Trump lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage. Fliegknecht working aggressively here.

The killer instinct kicks in and Trump finishes his opponent with a series of strikes from mount. A dominating finish by Trump!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Donald Trump! Donald Trump spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Oliveira looks to score with a jab to the body but Ammond is just out of range. Ammond checks a low kick from Oliveira. Ammond moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Ammond clinches up with Oliveira and pushes him back against the cage. Ammond gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Oliveira regains guard.
Ammond trying to control but Oliveira is working from the bottom. Ammond wants to pass the guard but Oliveira is keeping the position. Oliveira controlling Ammond's posture. Oliveira keeping full guard, as Ammond tries to pass. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Oliveira controls Ammond momentarily but Ammond frees himself. Oliveira is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Ammond lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Ammond lands a couple of digs. Ammond pushes down on Oliveira's leg and manages to get into half guard. Ammond moves nicely into side control. Ammond tries to move into full mount but can't pass Oliveira's legs. Ammond is trying to get an arm triangle but Oliveira is defending well. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Oliveira is trying to improve his position.

Oliveira told us pre-fight that he has been working on his escapes in training. Let's see if he can call on some of his new skills to get back to his feet. Ammond in side control lands a decent elbow. Ammond goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Oliveira rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Ammond's guard! Nice work there by Oliveira! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Ammond is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Oliveira is aware though and is defending well. Ammond is looking to cinch up a triangle. Oliveira throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Ammond's body to avoid the submission. Ammond has instead reached around Oliveira's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Ammond arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Wale Ammond! Wale Ammond really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Pit Bull Development logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Silva Jr scores with a jab. Rockhard acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
It looks like Luke Rockhard has been cut. Rockhard closes this distance looking for a takedown but Silva Jr circles away. Silva Jr uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook. The fight stays on the outside here - Rockhard looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Rockhard closes the distance and clinches up with Silva Jr, looking for a takedown. Rockhard pushes Silva Jr against the cage but Silva Jr circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Silva Jr connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. Rockhard shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Silva Jr moves into the clinch. Rich Silva Jr has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Luke Rockhard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rockhard takes a shot to the head. Silva Jr lands an uppercut. Silva Jr lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Rockhard or not. Silva Jr drops Rockhard onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Rockhard is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!
Rockhard is rocked! Still in the clinch, Silva Jr scores with a nice short uppercut. Rockhard is still on wobbly legs! Can Silva Jr finish him? Rockhard looks winded! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Silva Jr lands a nice shot to the body. Silva Jr creates some distance for himself and unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Rockhard's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Rockhard drops to his knees and Silva Jr pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bunny wants to clinch but Boulder slips to the side so Boulder counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Bunny throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.
Boulder controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Boulder keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Bunny's head. Boulder is in close to Bunny's body, working some short punches and elbows. Bunny has momentary wrist control but Boulder slips an elbow through the middle. Bunny wants to control the position but Boulder says "no thanks buddy" and passes to half guard. Bunny strikes from the bottom but Boulder uses the opportunity to move to side control.
Boulder works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. He must have been working on that in the gym. Morris delivers a nice body kick. Gervais's corner calls for a 1-2. Gervais obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. Morris needs to keep his hands up - Gervais had a free shot at his head there. Gervais misses with a straight right. Gervais throws a jab when Morris was well out of range. Gervais throws a hook but Morris avoids it easily. Morris thows a left - swing and a miss! Wooooo! and Morris counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Gervais scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Gervais forces Morris back against the cage and clinches. Gervais pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Gervais walks straight into a right hand from Morris - that's dropped him! Morris jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Gervais from any more punishment! Gervais complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Aron shoots and misses and Orndorf counters with a nice uppercut. Aron bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Orndorf sets himself, and Aron steps forward looking for the clinch! Orndorf avoids it this time. Orndorf throws a looping overhand right but Aron ducks down to avoid it. Aron takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

Aron's coach down at DRAGON MMA - 12 Elite & 2 Double Elite Coaches was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Aron's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Aron instigates a clinch.
