The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dunc shoots and misses

and Rekve holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Rekve is pressed up against the cage. Dunc has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Rekve down to the mat. Rekve avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Rekve throws a head kick that misses.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Rekve.
Dunc definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Rekve has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
Horrible takedown attempt by Dunc or perhaps it was just good defense by Rekve, which made it look bad.

Dunc working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Rekve doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Rekve manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

That was a close round but I would say that Mr Second will probably get the nod.
