The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A momentary lapse in concentration from Thompson enables Watson to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Thompson manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Watson trying to control the position from guard on top but Thompson is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Watson lands a couple of elbows. Thompson wants to get back to his feet but Watson is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Watson drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Watson jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Watson trying to control the position from guard on top but Thompson is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Watson won't allow Thompson to get back to his feet. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Watson accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Peterson follows up with a right hand that knocks McAllister into next week. He's out cold and this fight is over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Inarritu displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Banner throws out the jab. Banner on the wrong end of a nice low kick. It looks like Jah Wobble has been cut. Bourke throws a hook to the side of Wobble's head but Wobble sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Bourke smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. Bourke waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Wobble. Bourke misses with a looping left. Wobble misses with a takedown attempt - Bourke sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Bourke sizes up Wobble with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A cross from Bourke lands. Wobble really has the hooks in deep now - there seems like no escape for Bourke. Wobble has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Wobble's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Bourke tries to escape but Wobble has the hooks in and won't let him break free. Bourke is still trying to improve position.
