Undercard bout

Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vinnie Sixx (ranked 21644 p4p, 244 weight class) and Orgasmic Bliss (ranked 7931 p4p, 217 weight class). Sixx comes to the cage accompanied by The Fire of Power by WATAIN. Orgasmic Bliss told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sixx is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Bliss has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Bliss tries to score a power double leg takedown but Sixx sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Bliss somewhat.
Bliss walks into a stiff left hand from Sixx.
Bliss shoots in for a takedown but Sixx shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Sixx connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Bliss's hands.
Vinnie Sixx seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sixx cracks Bliss with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Bliss shoots in looking for a takedown but Sixx manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Bliss's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Sixx keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Bliss is trying desperately to land a takedown but Sixx is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Bliss.

Sixx moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Bliss walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

Sixx shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Bliss eats them both and turns towards Sixx to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Sixx feints a jab promting Bliss to slip. Sixx then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Bliss slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Bliss takes one on the button.
Sixx is working the combinations to good effect here.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Horrible takedown attempt by Bliss or perhaps it was just good defense by Sixx, which made it look bad.

Sixx is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Sixx throws a shot to the body.
Sixx fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Bliss on the side of the head.

Oooooh!!! Sixx has knocked Bliss down with a huge combo! Sixx steps away and waves a wobbly Bliss back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Sixx lands a left and a right that send Bliss crashing to the mat, dazed. Sixx thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Bliss is still on wobbly legs! Can Sixx finish him?

Both fighters step back and shake their arms out. Sixx engages and cracks Bliss with a massive lead left hook - Bliss tumbles to the floor, out cold! What a shot! Sixx is delighted - all that hard work in training paid off!
