North shoots in looking for a takedown. Chernishev tries to sprawl out of it but North keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Chernishev manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Sylvia feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Beaverton sprawling to the canvas! Beaverton rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Sylvia finish him?!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Beaverton drops his hands for a split second and Sylvia immediately capitalizes on the opportunity by smashing a powerful hook into Beaverton face, sending his mouthguard sailing through the air, much to the delight of the crowd. Sylvia follows up with a right hand that knocks Beaverton into next week. He's out cold and this fight is over!

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mon Ster (ranked 382 p4p, 41 weight class) and Phil Hellmuth Jr (ranked 372 p4p, 38 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Ster might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to The Automatic - Monster. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Phil Hellmuth Jr spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
