Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Sanchez screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!

Nui knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Can on the ground.

Can has hold of a guillotine but he's not going to be able to crank on it really with only half guard, so it's no trouble for Nui. Oh but Can has got full guard now! Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! Nui goes limp - he's gone! Can jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!

Jam comes to the ring accompanied by Quartiere Coffee - In Jamaica. Khalil has a pretty significant injury - he really shouldn't be fighting right now but he's a warrior and he's here none the less! These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Jam is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Khalil.

Jam will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Jam comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Khalil takes a jab right on the kisser.
Jam digs a good body shot into Khalil's ribs.
Khalil closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

Jam feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Khalil sprawling to the canvas! Khalil rolls over backwards and springs off the ropes and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Jam finish him?!

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Jam steps in with a hook that catches Khalil right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Jam follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Khalil looks absolutely devastated.

Biglad really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Carvarlo really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Biglad. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Augusto Carvarlo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Biglad connects with a body shot that sends Carvarlo's belly button to the back.
Carvarlo fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Biglad manages to avoid it.

Biglad closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Biglad is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Carvarlo looks calm but he's in trouble here. Biglad gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Carvarlo is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Biglad lets go of the hold and Carvarlo can pop his arm back in it's socket.
