The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Thomas lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

Van Glost scores a flash knockdown with a right hook that drops Thomas to his hands and knees! The ref pushes Van Glost away as he looks to land an illegal blow. Thomas got an extra few seconds to recover there, which could have made all the differences as he stumbles back to his feet. The referee looks into his eyes and decides to allow the bout to continue. Can he survive?!

It looks like Will Thomas has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Both fighters step back and shake their arms out. Van Glost engages and cracks Thomas with a massive lead left hook - Thomas tumbles to the floor, out cold! What a shot! Van Glost is delighted - all that hard work in training paid off!
