The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zulu fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Pier looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!

Zulu drops Pier with a beautiful combination! Pier stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Zulu is looking for the KO!

It looks like Sert Pier has been cut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Zulu misses with the combination.
Pier with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Zulu to score with a decent uppercut.
Zulu throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Pier.

Zulu feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Pier sprawling to the canvas! Pier rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Zulu finish him?!

Pier is rocked!
Pier ducks into an uppercut from Zulu and that's knocked him out cold! This one is all over!

Oxenfrei thuds his right hand into Stoner's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.

It looks like Jeff Stoner has been cut.

Oxenfrei drops Stoner with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Stoner looks back up at him and smiles so Oxenfrei waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Stoner is rocked!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Oxenfrei finds Stoner's off switch, with a big overhand right that connects perfectly to the side of the head! Stoner flops back against the cage, eyes gazing into the distance. Oxenfrei lands an unnecessary shot before the referee has time to step in and end the fight. Brutal stuff but I'm sure Stoner will be OK.
