6 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Frank Martin! The judges for this bout are William Gold, Paul Tew and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Behnder throws a quick inside leg kick. Martin throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Behnder misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Martin.
Martin pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Behnder throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Martin displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Behnder throws out the jab. Both fighters circling a little - Behnder finishes the exchange with a kick to the body. Martin is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Behnder lunges at Martin with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Martin's hand. Marcus Behnder seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Behnder swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Martin tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away. Martin shoots in for a takedown but Behnder shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Behnder thuds a left hand into Martin's body. Behnder pushing out the jab but it's not landing. And Martin tries to counter it with a takedown but Behnder pushes his down on his head and steps out. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Behnder ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Martin looks winded! Martin moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
It looks like Frank Martin has been cut. Martin walks right into a perfectly timed right hook and goes down hard! He's out cold! The ref cradles Martin limp body while Behnder jumps on to the cage and waves to the roaring crowd. Wow that was just a brutal knockout!

Xyd thows a left - swing and a miss! Xyd scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Xyd punishes Brown's body with a nice straight punch. Brown moves out of range of the body kick from Xyd.
Xyd takes one to the chin there. Xyd connects with a body shot that sends Brown's belly button to the back. Brown is breathing heavily. Xyd misses the shot to the body. Xyd connects with a superb combination that knocks Brown out cold! The referee charges across the mat and tackles Xyd before he can land any more shots to the unconscious Brown!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Harper misses with a looping left. Healy takes a jab right on the kisser.
Healy throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Harper! But no joy. Healy slips a jab from Harper. Healy walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Harper takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Chris Harper seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Healy missing with a left hand there. Harper was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Harper is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Healy with a body shot. Harper throws a sloppy body shot

Harper has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Healy takes a swing at Harper's ribcage but misses. Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Harper screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!

Angelo takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Angelo moves out of range of the strikes. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Angelo. Dabutt throws out a loose jab but Angelo uses good head movement to avoid it. Angelo tries to counter with a takedown but Dabutt is quick to defend against it. Angelo definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Dabutt throws a one two combo.
It looks like Thomas Angelo has been cut. Dabutt drops Angelo with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Angelo looks back up at him and smiles so Dabutt waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Lopez wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Chaelsson decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Chaelsson sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Chaelsson is figuring out what he wants to do next. Nice strikes from Chaelsson there. Chaelsson working the head and body with strikes. Chaelsson looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Lopez with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Lopez trying to control but Chaelsson postures up.

Lopez has his hands clasped together around Chaelsson's back. He's all about the action. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Lopez on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Chaelsson slows the pace down in half guard. Chaelsson landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Lopez is looking to get full guard. It looks like he might be successful but at the last minute Chaelsson jumps into side control! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. You can see the frustration on Lopez's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Lopez trying to remain calm as Chaelsson controls from the top position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lopez wants to control but Chaelsson postures up. Lopez taking a bit of punishment here - Chaelsson scoring with strikes. Chaelsson scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Lopez to see if he's OK. Chaelsson working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Beerhands is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot. Blackard throws a hook to the side of Beerhands's head but Beerhands sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Blackard throws an off balance right hand
and Beerhands counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. A swing and a miss from Beerhands. Blackard avoids the body shot from Beerhands.
Beerhands throws out a loose jab but Blackard uses good head movement to avoid it. Beerhands throws a right hand that misses
and Blackard counters with a single leg into guard. Beerhands didn't expect that. Blackard drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Blackard as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Beerhands screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Blackard! Nice submission victory there!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kneebar). Winchester Blackard! In his post fight interview, Winchester Blackard started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.

8 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Road Block! The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Donald Grub and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Block throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Inuzuka was covering up waiting for the punch and Block finishes the takedown easily into guard. Block sitting in guard here, content to control. Inuzuka has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Block can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Inuzuka is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Inuzuka is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Block is aware though and is defending well. Block trying to control but Inuzuka is working from the bottom. Block postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Inuzuka is looking for a triangle but Block pushes his legs off easily.
Inuzuka keeping moving, preventing Block from controlling successfully. Inuzuka lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.
Block really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Inuzuka. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
That's one minute gone in the round. Block looking to hit a scissor sweep but Inuzuka is one step ahead there. Inuzuka stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Block swivels though and keeps the full guard. Inuzuka has gone for a leg lock! Block slips out almost immediately though and dives into Inuzuka's guard. Block connects with a couple of short punches. Block is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Block must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Inuzuka is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Block stands up over Inuzuka, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Block is posturing up here but Inuzuka has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Block tries to roll out but it's too tight and Block has to tap! Slick submission there by Inuzuka!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hill tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Rasputin defends well and Hill ends up having to push Rasputin into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Hill shoots in looking for a takedown. Rasputin tries to sprawl out of it but Hill keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Rasputin manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Rasputin is looking to counter the offense by Hill and move into the clinch. Rasputin scores with a sloppy right hand. Hill should have avoided that one.
It looks like Mark Hill has been cut. Rasputin gets caught flat footed, as Hill shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Rasputin is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Rasputin trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful. Rasputin knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Hill on the ground. Hill postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Hill throws a big right hand that misses. Hill lands a couple of decent looking shots. Hill keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Rasputin's head. Rasputin wants to stand up but Hill is controlling him. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Hill's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Rasputin definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Hill passes into half guard.

Rasputin is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Hill scores with a couple of nice shots. Hill scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Hill takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Hill slips a nice elbow through Rasputin's hands, connecting with Rasputin's forehead. Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Nti screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
