Carter is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches Ferreira flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! Ferreira is out cold! Carter holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Tantor stuffs the takedown.
We've been hearing reports that Seinfeld has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Seinfeld throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Donk. Tantor catches Seinfeld right on the button with a cross.
Tantor cracks Seinfeld with a right hand to the side of the head.
Tantor punishes Seinfeld's body with a nice straight punch.

Oh Seinfeld is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Seinfeld tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Tantor swivels and escapes.
Seinfeld seems to have got his legs back now.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Gerald Seinfeld. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Tantor throws out a powerful jab.
Seinfeld looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Tantor is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches Seinfeld flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! Seinfeld is out cold! Tantor holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!

An out of breath Japi Tantor thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
You can see the frustration on Gogeta's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Gogeta manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Robertson is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.

Gogeta could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Robertson perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Gogeta is holding on to half guard well.
Robertson really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Gogeta. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Gogeta tries to roll over but Robertson keeps him under control.
Robertson wants to free his trapped foot but Gogeta is holding on for dear life with his legs.
The fighters are battling for position here. Gogeta manages to regain full guard. Nice work.

Gogeta might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Robertson is looking to stand back up but Gogeta counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Robertson.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Gogeta is keen to just control but Robertson is a slippery customer.

Chris Robertson showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Robertson lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
Robertson buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Nice sprawl there from Robertson as Gogeta shoots in.

Robertson lands with a nice combination. Gogeta backs away looking to recover.
Gogeta circles away from the clinch attempt.
Robertson throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Gogeta.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Gogeta is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Gogeta bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Robertson's guard.

Android Gogeta overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Robertson tries to hold on but Gogeta pushes him away.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Robertson is squirming around, avoiding Gogeta's attempts to control the action.
Gogeta pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.

And that's the end of the fight!
I would just about give that final round to Chris Robertson.
I've got Robertson winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
